The ground-floor apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people + a dog. It’s located in a quiet area on Seezungenweg. <br><br>Come on in! A small hallway leads you into the living area. Enjoy cosy evenings on the comfortable couch in front of the fireplace. The large patio door lets in plenty of natural light. From here, you have direct access to the south-facing terrace. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the fresh North Sea air. The garden with its mature trees adds to the relaxing atmosphere. <br><br>You can enjoy meals together at the large dining table or chat over a cup of East Frisian tea. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, invite you to enjoy peaceful nights. In the kitchen, equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, the home cook can really let their creativity run wild. The bathroom, flooded with natural light, features a shower and toilet. <br><br>Tiles or laminate flooring have been installed throughout the entire holiday rental. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.<br>If you prefer a more convenient option, we’d be happy to provide both for you upon prior arrangement:<br>Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set<br>We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!<br>Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.
