This Lake Lure gem was perfect for our large family. We had 4 young children and 8 adults and the many-beds-and-baths were roomy, comfortable and relaxing. The host was amazing - instant responses to questions, good information on the area, a darling welcome basket with treats for our littles and more. The house was beautiful with the best amenities - very well-outfitted kitchen, large tvs in most of the rooms (we watched the World Cup all week), fabulous water pressure in the showers, plenty of parking for our 4 cars, 2 washers and dryers! We enjoyed puzzles and games on the screened in porch, soaking in the hot tub, kayaking on the lake and they had plenty of life vests for us to use our day with a rented boat. Our favorite activity was spending time in the shallow sand area and jumping off the floating trampoline next to the dock. We would definitely rent this house again. It was fabulous!
