This upscale loft is one of three studios located in an 1890’s historic building in downtown Heber Springs, Arkansas just above Ellen Hobgood’s Art Gallery. The space was thoughtfully designed with traditional comforts and modern amenities. You will be in the heart of this small town and shopping district yet only minutes away from beautiful Greers Ferry Lake and the famous Little Red River.
This room has a lot of history. Named after Max Frauenthal who was instrumental in establishing the county seat located in the small town of Heber Springs, AR, it is definitely not without character. Adore the beauty of charred wood, tasteful art from the gallery located below and the beautiful surrounding mountains.
The guests will have access to the common spaces including a parlor, balcony, linen closet and washer/dryer.
Your host is always available via text and may even surprise you with an in person greeting or invitation to dinner or breakfast.
The Lofts are located in the center of town on the court square. You will be within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, coffeehouses, the Gem Movie Theatre, Spring Park and Sulfer Creek Bike Trail.
Guests can choose to walk or drive in the downtown area. Free public parking is available.
There is no elevator available. Guests will be required to climb 26 steps to get to the second floor of the building.
Though all guests enjoy a private space, there is a common shared space. Please be respectful of the guests in the other studios on the same floor.
Please do not climb on the roof of neighboring buildings. We will not be responsible for damage or injury as a result of breaking this rule.
The balconies are available for use, however, you must be able to climb in and out the window safely. Please do so at your own risk.
