The villa is superbly located just 75 metres from Zest Beach Club and a short stroll from Palm Beach Club and the Old Town. This is one of the very best positions in Komurluk — peaceful, exclusive, and right by the water.



The space

Step inside to bright, modern living areas that open straight onto the pool terrace. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining area, and a guest cloakroom.

Across the first and second floors, you’ll find six en-suite bedrooms, most with private balconies and gorgeous sea views. Two of the rooms are spacious master suites with dressing areas, and the penthouse level is dedicated to a luxurious suite with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a large private terrace overlooking the bay — the perfect spot for sunrise coffees or sunset drinks.



Outdoor living

The infinity pool is the heart of the villa, with uninterrupted views across Kalkan Bay. Alongside it, the raised Jacuzzi plunge pool offers a peaceful elevated spot to unwind. The shaded dining terrace seats 12 comfortably, and there are plenty of areas to lounge, sunbathe, and relax throughout the day.
