Wonderful property. Super quiet, which is my #1 priority. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, easy walk to restaurants in old Fair Oaks. The first morning I went to my parked car there was a beautiful doe walking across the street. Has breakfast outside in the beautiful surroundings. I would definitely book again.

The property is in a great location, near a beautiful river and great coffee shops and restaurants. There was lots of room in the rental. But some things needed attention. The coffee maker did not work. One of the two sinks in the bathroom didn't drain and the other faucet was loose. Minor things were towels that smelled like strongly perfumed detergent and the TV is placed so high on the wall it would be uncomfortable to watch.

Charming bungalow with nice Craftsman finishes on a leafy Fair Oaks street with pleasant views out all the windows and a courtyard in front to relax.
