Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take all personal belonging. Turn off all lights, leave out sofa-bed if used.
Trash Disposal: Please place all bagged trash neatly on the front porch before checkout. Do not leave trash inside the home. Thank you for helping us keep the space clean for everyone.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1.Extra Overnight Guests: A fee of $100 per person, per night applies for any overnight guest not included in the original reservation. No exceptions
2. ALL ADULTS guests must provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.3. A $450 smoking fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
Early Check-In: Early check-in is subject to availability and incurs a fee of $75 per hour, plus $50 for each additional partial hour beyond.

I loved the location the home was cute, cozy, and exactly what I needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the extra bedding and comforters. The temperature was also perfect for my preference. The host communicated well throughout my stay, which made the experience even better.

I felt the listing was somewhat misleading. We were under the impression that it included a separate bedroom, but instead we had to sleep in a small space on a rollout bed that was very unstable and sank where your head rested. The space was also very stuffy because the AC was not working. We had to leave the windows open, which meant hearing outside noise throughout the night, and the curtains let in quite a bit of light, making it difficult to sleep.Parking was challenging, and about 80% of the kitchen cabinets were blocked off, leaving limited access to utensils and supplies. There were also signs throughout the property listing restrictions and additional fees for various things, which made the stay feel less welcoming. Towels and toilet paper were provided in very limited quantities, and the host's response time was slow. It would have been helpful to know before arrival that the AC was not working.On the positive side, the place was very clean. However, I think the listing should more accurately reflect the accommodations, as it appeared to advertise a one-bedroom unit with AC and a fully equipped kitchen. In reality, I don't think the space is very comfortable for more than one person. That said, for the price, it was acceptable, but setting more accurate expectations in the listing would make for a better guest experience.
