Perfect 1 Bedroom Space!

We were in town for a concert at Kia Forum. The ride there was so easy and this one bed/one bath space worked out so well for us and our pup!

I have stayed in this owner's properties before and they were fine, but this trip was a bad experience. At booking and during the rental, the listing said there was a queen-bed bedroom and a futon, but there was just the queen-bed bedroom and a sectional couch. I contacted the owner and they offered an air mattress, but an air mattress isn't the same as a futon. I asked for a partial refund but they declined. As of today, 12/29/25, the listing no longer mentions a futon but it still says "2bed/1bath" and "sleeps 4" which remains misleading. A sectional couch is not a bed!

Beautiful sunny bugalow

Great place to stay in South Los Angeles. It is clean with modern decor that is welcoming and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos. The bungalow is located on a crowded street (cars parked on both sides of a narrow street) but the available parking in the driveway made it convenient to easily come and go. I was able to park behind my bungalow and go in and out through the back door. The neighborhood is sketchy but at night I felt safe because the flood lights stay on all night. And the window shades kept the light out, so I slept well. Finally it has two large smart TVs with streaming apps which were easy to log in to and watch all my shows. I will very likey stay there again when visiting family.
