Vacation home for two people in the heart of Sommerhausen

Welcome to our lovingly restored holiday home in the heart of Sommerhausen. This historic gatehouse, dating back to 1604, was carefully renovated between 2005 and 2007 to become a true gem. The non-smoking holiday apartment is located above a historic archway and sits quietly in the courtyard of the “Goldener Ochsen.” Here, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere right in the heart of the historic town centre. A charging station is available for guests with electric vehicles for a fee. For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in the holiday apartment. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (or by arrangement—on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, always by arrangement due to the property’s day off—a key box with a code may be provided). Check-out is by 10:30 AM. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. We kindly remind you that smoking is not permitted in our building. Failure to comply will result in a special cleaning fee of 25.00 EUR. Guests may cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. In the event of a cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged 80% of the total price. Upon arrangement, guests may enjoy the breakfast buffet at the restaurant.
