Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Access from the living / dining room to the 30 m2 winter garden. Stair lift to the 1st floor (max. 90 kg). Owner fires a tiled stove.

Einfach mal "Runterkommen"

Wir hatten uns kurzfristig entschlossen einmal eine "Auszeit mit Hund" zu nehmen, wir wurden herzlich Empfangen, der Auffenthalt war sehr schön, alles was man benötigt war vorhanden, nur noch ein wenig Einkaufen. Restaurants fußläufig, wir haben uns in 3 Tagen bestens erholt. DANKE

Überteuerte Ferienwohnung

Die Unterkunft ist den Bildern entsprechend altmodisch eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man so benötigt. Allerdings waren die Küchenutensilien sehr schmutzig bzw. verrostet. Wir haben alles nochmal gespült bevor wir es genutzt haben. Teilweise haben sich die Tapeten an den Wänden gelöst. Das Badezimmer war neuer und auch sauber. Die Lage ist gut zum kleinen Ort Schwalenberg. Für Ausflüge zu den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten ein guter Standort. Für den Zustand allerdings zu teuer.
