Come and enjoy this beautiful Estrella Mountain Ranch home. Enjoy the hot sunny Arizona day in the private backyard pool or take a jog/walk around the beautiful nearby lake.
This house is 2500 sq feet with four bedrooms and a dining room and den. This house can sleep 8 privately and 10 using the couch. There is room for 12 to eat comfortably, using the dining room table that seats six, the kitchen table that seats four, and the counter that seats two. Our guests will enjoy a full kitchen with granite countertops and fully outfitted with pots and pans and all of the necessary things for enjoying a meal in.

The upstairs master bedroom features a king size bed, large screen TV and master bath with soaker tub.

Also upstairs is a queen bedroom as well as a bedroom with a double and a single bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.
Downstairs is one more queen bedroom with another full bathroom directly outside the door. This bathroom leads to the pool outside so you don't have to walk through the house wet to get to a bathroom when you are out swimming.

In the den, we have a couch and TV for another place to hang out and relax.


If you are bringing little ones-no worries. You can still relax outside in the patio furniture while letting the little ones play in the yard. We also provide a high chair, bouncy chair, and pack n play so there is less to bring when you travel.

The location at Estrella Mountain Ranch provides easy access to Championship Golf (3 min), NFL Football (25 min), MLB Spring Training (15 Min), NASCAR (25 min) and downtown Phoenix (25 min).

The Estrella Mountain community itself boasts two lakes with walking and biking trails, volleyball courts, and an 18-hole Championship, Troon-managed golf course.

**Special note** Our house is cleaned and managed by a retired military man and his wife. He is always loved by everyone who stays and has the opportunity to meet him. If there is something wrong with anything upon check in please contact us and he will come over and make it right.

Great home for a family

Great home for a family visiting AZ. A little far from Phoenix but quiet neighborhood and the Estrella area of a really pretty. Hosts were great communicators and pictures accurately reflect the condition of the house.

Nice house, great location

This house is roomy and easily accommodates a larger party. The location, close to South Lake, is great and very convenient for walking, running or just enjoying the lake. The owners are responsive to any suggestions or special needs of their guests.

Great location and great property, it is very equipped with everything that we needed. Enjoyed our stay but unfortunately it was not very clean, we found some trash and dirt in the bedroom downstairs and inside the kitchen cabinets but other then that everything else was great.

Families Fun

Although, there were some issues upon arrival, Jacob and Angie were very accommodating, Bob who cares for their property was extremely nice, concerned, and took care of everything. My family throughly enjoyed themselves, plenty of room and lots of fun. The lake is in walking distance, which was an added bonus, would definitely recommend staying here ❤️

I could not have been more pleased. The house was perfect for my stay. The outdoor space is lovely for entertaining, I hosted a family dinner with 11 guests and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is great being close to the grocery store, golf, hiking, etc.

Making Memories

Perfect place for family to gather. Well maintained with great pool and yard. It has all the amenities we could want. Hosts respond quickly to questions and send their maintenance man, Bob. Bob is very capable and quick to respond and also takes excellent care of the pool.

AZ golf trip

4 guys traveling to Phoenix area for a golf trip. This house is especially convenient to Golf Club of Estrella if you're playing there one or more times. 4 bedrooms made the house perfect for our group. House was very comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze. Owner was quick to answer a couple of questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Family Time

We came to Avondale for a graduation and decided to rent this property instead of getting hotel rooms. We definitely made the right decision. My best description of the property is "a home away from home. We enjoyed all the comfort and amenities of home and more. It allowed us to spend quality family time together. We loved that the area was peaceful and quiet. The owner was always available and responded promptly to my questions. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay.

Great Home

We are local to the area but having renovations done to our home and had to leave for a couple of weeks. The host was VERY accommodating and communicative. Her normal property manager had fallen ill and was unavailable to check out property beforehand however everything still looked great. Host was very intent on making sure we had everything we needed and offered to send us anything we may need through Amazon. 10/10 would stay here again if I needed something in close proximity to work and kids school.

This house definitely met our needs. The outdoor space is wonderful, too bad the weather wasn't better. The inside is functional but not especially warm and cozy. The owner had a tight window to get the house prepared for us and as a result it could have been cleaner and better stocked

Comfortable place in great location

Could not be a better location in the Estrella community. Loved the easy walk to the south park and all of the fun sports courts (basketball, pickle ball, sand volleyball and tennis) always available and beautifully maintained. We loved the beds, some pillow topper things made the master super comfy. Everything we needed in the home. Layed around the great backyard, played on the putting green, bbq'd and found very few reasons to leave the house and neighborhood. Nice to have a few bikes and scooters to use. Owners are super nice and responsive.

Big house in gorgeous neighborhood

Estrella Mountain Ranch is seriously somewhere I would move. This house was perfect for our needs. We did end up paying for the extra pool heat which we never used because it wasn’t warm enough for us outside - this was our mistake, not paying attention to the weather. There’s a little bit of misinformation between the online check in info and the notebook onsite but we figured it out. We didn’t have any extra garbage bags or toilet paper but we messaged the owners and it was promptly delivered. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, Angie provided great and very responsive communications. Fast and friendly service. This house has everything needed for a short or long stay!!! As a former appliance service technician, this house has top of the line appliances and the most quiet dishwasher I have ever heard!!! I will stay again! Best value for the money og any home in the area. My grandson caught a 5# catfish Friday night from North Lake. Used the outdoor grill and Made some great family memories. Thanks so much for your awesome hospitality Angie! Very much appreciated 😊😊😊!!!

Perfect for our needs

Backyard is superb. Is a real wow! Comfortable for all ages with the pool and golf and space for outdoor games cooking and eating! The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Appliances were solid and in great shape. Our littles even found some toys to amuse them. We walked to the beautiful park playground at Southwest lake and even picnicked breakfast there. Very good value and our host was extremely responsive. Our Friday trash did not get picked up though?? If our family gets to do this again I would definitely look for this property again! Thank you so much!

We are an Indiana family of five. We have two toddlers and know how difficult it is to travel with little ones so have hopefully made that easier by providing baby gear at our house.
I started traveling to Arizona in college every year for spring training. I grew up south of Chicago and have always been a huge cubs fan. I had the most fun putting together the baseball room in the house and can't wait to start taking my own son to Arizona to kick of the baseball season in March every year.

Why they chose this property

We initially bought this property for my mom to live in. She is a special education teacher who moved from the Midwest to Arizona to teach. Circumstances have recently changed so now it will be a vacation rental house. My mom initially found Estrella Mountain Ranch community when looking at houses and we couldn't be more pleased there. It is just beautiful and in a great location.
