Without question, the Best View of Polson Bay and Flathead Lake. Looking North to the Swan Range this Mid Century Modern home, remodeled 2023, features a oversized privacy fence/gate, basement game room, hot tub, 2 acre manicured lawn, and gorgeous finishings.

The basement is full of entertainment for those rainy days, Pool Table, Foosball, Movies, etc.

Recently added a 1200 sqft stamped concrete patio for lounging in the sun or some yard games.

Located under 1/2 mile from Polson Bay Golf Course.

The lake frontage features patio furniture, fire pit & beautiful gravel beach.

All within a couple minute drive: 2 Grocery stores, 10+ restaurants, 2 coffee shops, 2 Boat Rentals, Bowling Alley, Boutique Shopping, Movie Theater, Casino, Airport, Golf Course, museum, state parks, and so much more!
