Nur 50 Quadratmeter, aber gefühlt viel Platz, vor allem im Bad auch sehr, sehr viele Ablageflächen und Haken für die Handtücher. Bett und Couch bequem, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Dazu ist man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Gerade mit Hund super! Für uns war es perfekt
