Couldn’t be happier with the house we rented!! Great location with great view and just a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go!! The host was great , had great communication throughout the whole process. Kids loved the indoor pool and movie room!!

Stayed a week with five teenagers and had a blast. Plenty of room. Well stocked utensils in the kitchen. It was clean and a great location to use the back roads to get around the traffic.

For a 5-bedroom house advertised for large groups, we expected a well-maintained, properly equipped vacation rental. Instead, our Sunday-to-Saturday stay became something of a cautionary tale. It started with doors that were difficult to shut/lock, reversed shower valves, squeaky beds, dirty floors and stairs, unclean primary rugs, stickers still on the windows. On Day 2, the Wi-Fi stopped working. The host was extremely slow to respond, leaving us tied to the house for extended periods waiting for someone to address it. The amenities provided their own surprises: a broken refrigerator shelf, unusable broom, limited cookware, and a tiny Keurig that made roughly two cups of coffee, no full-size coffee maker. The grill was small for a large group, the pool table is essentially unusable where it sits, and the back theater seats don’t raise enough to see the screen properly. There were also safety concerns, including a raised/loose pool-deck drain cover, a leaking hose connection, and no gate at the lower deck. With several rainy days, there was no dry outdoor space. There was no trash pickup during our entire stay, and trash was scattered around the property. Ongoing construction and the home’s active sale also affected the experience. The house has potential, but there were simply too many maintenance, cleanliness, safety, amenity, and communication issues. Future guests should ask questions before booking. I would not book this house for future stays.

I think the pool table should be in the theater room, where it is , is too cramped made for a lot of impossible shots. The pool was very nice, but the bottom and the inside step of the hot tub was very slick, my wife fell in the hot tub.Maybe upgrade your pillows, we had to go buy some.Overall we had a great time, and would likely come back. Do you have any 1 or 2 bedroom places, me and my wife are planning a trip at the beginning of October.

I’ve passed this on to maintenance to inspect the tub, clean it thoroughly, and add non-slip treatment to the step and bottom as needed. We’ll also review the pool table placement and playability to see if moving it or adjusting the layout is possible. What our family enjoyed: #1 the indoor pool is convenient and kept the kids entertained on rainy days. #2 the hot tub and rear deck are private and feature great views of the forest canopy. #3 the home is newly built convenient to most Pigeon Forge attractions (12 min or less). The Bad: #1 The build quality of the home and all accessories is poor. Right from the start we couldn’t access 1 bedroom on the main floor. The doors would not open because the handles were not properly installed. The host solution was for us to gain access by sliding our credit card between the doors to push the latch. That’s unacceptable, but on par for the rest of the house. Stair railings, faucets, toilet paper roll holders, etc. across the home are loose. The builders clearly rushed everything and it shows. #2 Electrical. The circuit breaker panel is located on the bottom floor, in a small room near the pool. I know this because circuits were frequently tripped despite light electrical usage. You cannot plug a Dyson hairdryer into the bathroom outlet without tripping a circuit, and that is with nothing else plugged in. Starting the fireplace tripped a circuit, making coffee tripped a circuit, etc. #3 the beds are squeaky and uncomfortable. #4 the room with a pool table is not large enough to play pool comfortably. We love to play, but air hockey would have been a better choice here. Also, the darts were all broken and only held together with flimsy tape. Unusable.
