Located in Figaréto, near Moriani Plage (a seaside resort, 5 minutes away), this villa is approximately 240 m², with a large private and secure swimming pool. About 3 minutes by car from a vast sandy beach with free parking and free wooden tables with benches.

The house is set on a green, wooded hill, nestled in the maquis—perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday!

Nearby entertainment: shops, cinema, restaurants, beach nightclub (10 minutes away), fairground attractions, night events in Bastia (30 minutes away). All amenities available within 10 minutes (except in case of traffic): doctors, pharmacies, dentists.

The house is fully equipped, with white interior walls and tasteful furnishings. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, and fans in 3 bedrooms. Enjoy the outdoors with several covered terraces offering sea and mountain views, a large barbecue, dining table for 6 to 8 people, plus a small table for children. A summer lounge opens onto the large pool (approx. 11 m x 7 m) with a 3 m deep diving area, solar shower, small foot bath, and 6 sun loungers. Private parking for several cars. Private paved road of about 700 m (please park to the side to allow cars to pass uphill). Very little traffic—safe for children.

Geographic location: Ideal destination in Corsica with a beautiful coastal front. Costa Verde’s central location on the island is another advantage—about 1 to 1.5 hours from major areas like Balagne (Calvi, Île Rousse, Saint-Florent), the far south (Bonifacio 130 km, Porto-Vecchio 100 km), central Corsica (Corte 1 hour), and Cap Corse. Moriani Plage is a highly sought-after seaside resort.

Transport: Airport: approx. 20 minutes Ferry: approx. 35 km / 35 minutes

IMPORTANT: There is a small cat in the garden—gentle and very clean. She does not enter the house and causes no disturbance or feeding obligations.

Note: In August, palm trees may occasionally shed small white flowers.

Great family holiday

The villa is set on a beautiful hillside with lovely views out to sea. Visitors need a car to get around as the property is located up a very steep road away from the main village. We had a wonderful stay, made all the better by the lovely host, Danielle, who went the extra mile by making a birthday cake for our daughter who has turning 14 on the day or our arrival. It was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. There is lots of space at the villa both inside and out and the outside benefits from a well established garden full of interesting trees and flowers. The pool is large and deep and provided us with hours of fun! At night, we enjoyed sitting in the outside seating area to play games, eat our meal, BBQ and listen to the sounds of the birds and animals in the Garden. For families who will be cooking at the villa - the kitchen is the best equipped kitchen anywhere we have stayed. There were so many pots and pans, utensils etc, Danielle even had spare supplies of cereals, washing powder, dishwasher tabs etc. The only thing we would have liked more spares of, was toilet roll! The bedrooms were all differently decorated and very comfortable. Most were cool at night except a couple on the ground floor and we could have benefited from one more plug in fan to ease the heat. There are lots of beautiful pieces of artwork and ornaments in all of the rooms and so visitors need to watch younger children so as not to break anything. For adults, it was lovely to have such beautiful things to look at inside the house too. We found some lovely local beaches which were sandy and not very busy. Parking was free and most had some kind of beach cafe or food van. We also ventured South to visit some of the more well known beaches which were very beautiful too. In summary, a great villa for a larger group who need space to spread out. Hosted by a friendly and generous owner, Danielle.

Nous avons passé deux semaines excellentes dans la Villa de Danielle: cette maison, bien qu'ancienne, met à disposition un standing contemporain parfaitement adapté à nos vacances en famille. Toute la famille M. a été aux petits soins pour nous du début du séjour à la fin afin de le rendre aussi appréciable que possible. Nous aimerions que toutes les locations se passent aussi bien!

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der tollen Lage des Hauses, mitten auf einem bewaldeten Hügel mit Blick aufs Meer. Auch der große Pool und die vielen schönen Schlafzimmer waren super. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert. Die Anfahrt zum Objekt war etwas knifflig. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle erholsame Zeit auf Korsika.

Vacances fabuleuses!!

Nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires à la maison de Danielle. Mes enfants (tous des adultes) ont dit que la maison est beaucoup plus belle que les photos. C'est une grande maison avec un jardin, grand piscine et belle terrasse. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et la maison. Danielle est très chalereuse et facilement disponible. C'était également une découverte de cette partie de la Corse, beaucoup plus calme que les plages "fameuses" mais aussi agréable. Situé entre mer et montagne, nous avons bien profité de la plage et des randonnées. Nous y retournerions avec le plus grand plaisir.

ein Paradies

mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf Meer und Berge, weit ab von allen anderen, nahe genug an allem was man braucht. Eine überaus charmante Gastgeberin, die uns verwöhnt hat mit kalten Platten bei Ankunft und einer köstlichen Torte wenige Tage später.Wenn nicht Corona gewesen wäre hätten wir Danielle herzlichst umarmt. remarquable sejour

nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cette villa au calme complet au coeur de la nature , avec vue de rêve sur la mer , grande piscine , jardin enchanteur , tout confort et proche de la plage . il faut ajouter en plus de tout cela un accueil de tout premier ordre de la part des propriétaires . Locatie van het huis was perfect, rustig gelegen in de prachtige natuur!!! Het huis zelf kan echter hier en daar een opknapbeurt gebruiken, nogal verouderde indruk. De ontvangst van de eigenares was zeer hartelijk en warm.

Du bonheur et du rêve

La maison était encore plus belle que sur les photos, une vue paradisiaque au milieu d'un cadre idyllique. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et nous n'avons plus qu'une idée en tête, revenir.... Bien situé, nous avons pur visiter une bonne partie de cette île de rêve, Le cap Corse, St Florent, L'île Rousse, Cortés, Alésia, Porto vecchio et Bonifacio. Que du bonheur. Mr et Mme Mariani sont des propriétaires géniaux, ils nous ont reçu royalement, ils ont une place particulière dans mon cœur et j'espère vraiment les revoir bientôt pour un nouveau karaoké.

Perfect holidays

Mr. Distl and his friends, where very happy about the Villa, comfortable equipped, nicely located, near the sea. Their stay was very cosy and Relaxing, the late Arrival was no Problem coz Mrs. Mariani the landlady, took care about the guesta, she prepared their rooms in advance, surprised them with a cold plater diner, which she prepared complimentary. It think Mrs, Mariani has a lot of new fans now here in Vienna. Thank you very much - Mondial Gmbh for Mr. Distl

EXCELLENTE

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette magnifique villa haut perchée dans le maquis Corse, entourée d'une végétation luxuriante, vue sur la mer. La gentillesse des propriétaire, le calme et la beauté de ce site nous a émerveillés. Un espace de vie éblouissant, une terrasse avec son barbecue, parfaite pour partager les repas en famille, une grande piscine où nous avons pu nager et nous rafraîchir. Enchantés par cette ville où rien ne manque. Le souvenir de ces vacances en ce lieu restera indélébile et nous remercions chaleureusement les Mariani de nous avoir permis de vivre ces instants inoubliables. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette villa pour y passer des vacances, nous espérons nous-mêmes y retourner.

Une maison spacieuse au calme. Un vrai bonheur

Nous avons passé en aout 2009 d'excellentes vacances en famille et entre amis dans cette très belle maison agreable à vivre. Loin du bruit et de la furia du mois d'août. À recommander pour ceux qui cherche un havre de paix au soleil corse. Tout y est conforme aux photos présentées.

Un endroit de rêve

Magnifique maison, beaucoup de calme, une terrasse couverte magnifique avec un salon génial où prendre l'apéro et un coin manger avec un barbecue idéal pour les soupers grillades. Une vue magnifique sur la mer, une piscine superbe, en bref le paradis.
