Bright 2-bedroom apartment with in the Trendy Northeast Minneapolis Neighborhood
This is a unique 2 bed 1 bath unit with many amazing amenities and a great vibe. It is large, over 1400 SQFT so you won't feel cramped by any means. This is the bottom level of a duplex with only one unit above with a quiet couple who helps manage the rental space.
This unit is located in one of the nicest areas in Minneapolis, Northeast, quiet but close to EVERYTHING! This property is less than a mile from beautiful parks on the river, downtown, the University of Minnesota, and right in the heart of the Art District. There is no shortage of amazing restaurants and breweries in Northeast Minneapolis.
The unit itself is fully furnished with everything you need. This is my home, and I will be living abroad for three months, so I figured why not rent it out to someone who could utilize and appreciate it? Amenities include...

- Gas grill outside
- Microwave & Microwave oven
- Large bedroom and a large office setup with a great street view.

- Mounted 60in tv in the Living room and 40+" in the bedroom
- Cable, HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime
- Well decorated rooms and good vibes
- A Japanese Toto toilet seat. Bidet, heated water and heated seat. Because why not?
- AND THE CROW JEWEL ... A fully functioning steam shower! This thing is incredible; that's all I can say.
Those are just the amenities I can think of now, but there are probably many perks. This my home, and everything here reflects that, and it's not a rental with cheap things to save money.
