Bezüglich der Hygiene wäre es wünschenswert, wenn die vorhandenen Kissen ausgetauscht werden. Da extreme Flecken zu ersehen sind. Auch sollte man die Matratzen aufgrund "durchgelegen" wechseln. Die Möbel sind zwar nicht zeitgemäß, erfüllen allerdings ihren Zweck und Stauraum ist dementsprechend vorhanden. Im Badezimmer ist die Duschtür sehr verkalkt und sieht dementsprechend nicht einladend aus. Auch hier sollte man einen Austausch in Betracht ziehen. Im großen und ganzen hat diese Wohnung alles was man für eine Erholung benötigt. Die Aussicht ist auch sehr schön. Hygiene und Sanitär ist Nachholbedarf notwendig.
