Amazing host. Great communication via text and phone when I reached out to Mr. Martindale to explain to him that a last-minute change in itinerary meant that our overnight stay in Jasper would no longer be needed. Mr. Martindale offered and provided a more than reasonable partial refund, as we had not yet checked in or arrived on site. The experience re-instilled my faith in humanity. Good-hearted, understanding people really do still exist! Thank you, sir.
