The mountain chalet "h e i m a t" is located in St. Martin in Passeier, in the heart of South Tyrol, and accommodates up to 8 guests. The 4 bedrooms feature a king-size bed, two queen-size beds, and two single beds. The chalet offers 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils.
Outside, you can enjoy your private garden with both covered and open terraces, as well as a balcony with breathtaking mountain views. A private whirlpool and sauna offer pure relaxation. Barbecue and garden furniture are also available.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable TV, game console, table tennis, fireplace, underfloor heating, washing machine, and dryer. Families will find a high chair, baby cot, toys, and a playground. E-bikes are available on request and can be used for an additional fee. Six parking spaces are provided on the property.
Pets are allowed on request for an additional fee (max. 2). Smoking is not permitted. Events and bachelor parties are not allowed at this property.
