Vacation to feel good, Dreaming in a unique, exclusive chalet

The chalet "Ferienhaus im Stadl" is located in South Tyrol in the Passeier Valley, in a small settlement in Kalmtal, a fraction of St. Martin in Passeier. It is immersed in the traditional cultural landscape of the Passeier Valley.
Our holiday home has been lovingly integrated into a historic hay barn with round wooden block from the Passeier valley, whereby the traditional cottage envelope was connected to the modern interior.
The new interior was built as a wooden house in KlimaHaus A Standard with controlled ventilation and heat recovery. The net area of ​​the holiday house is 100.1m².
The holiday home has a spacious living room on the lower floor with a high quality sleeping sofa, on the upper floor are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. In the rear area of ​​the lower floor is an in-house sauna with separate shower and WC.
The old straw lounger on the south side, is used as a terrace and invites you to sunbathing. Floorboards and furniture in natural spruce wood create a cozy atmosphere.
The chalet is ideal for a family holiday in the Passeier valley or for an active holiday with friends in the nature park Texelgruppe in South Tyrol. St. Martin with its medieval streets and beautiful buildings is famous for it. It also offers the perfect location for all hiking and biking enthusiasts. Whether it is a cultural holiday, an active holiday or a skiing holiday with your family or friends in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Passeier Valley in South Tyrol.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Unser Urlaub im Stadl war wunderbar. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die uns alle Wünsche erfüllt haben. Besonders toll fanden wir die beiden Terrassen in Ost- und Westausrichtung mit sehr bequemen Liegen und Korbstuhl. Das Haus ist sehr durchdacht und wir haben uns zu Hause gefühlt. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und würden das Stadl jedem empfehlen!

Außergewöhnlicher Urlaub im Stadl "schöner Wohnen"

Das Haus ist wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes und die Vermieter passen zu diesem besonderen Objekt. Simone und Alexander sind nämlich besonderes nett und hilfsbereit. Ausflugstipps u.ä. holt man sich am besten direkt bei ihnen. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich überhaupt nichts. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das ist wirklich ein Ferienhaus, das man nur sehr ungern wieder verläßt.

Mit viel Liebe und noch mehr Geschmack

Das Haus ist traumhaft, bis ins Kleinste durchdacht und ausgestattet und ideal für Autofreie. Viele Wanderungen kann man direkt am Haus beginnen und die Bushaltestelle ist sehr nahe. Die Busse fahren häufig, man ist in 30 min in Meran oder man fährt tiefer in das Tal hinein, um in der Höhe zu wandern. Man kann Wege für jeden Wandertyp finden und als Belohnung lockt die Sauna. Wir kommen bald wieder und freuen uns schon darauf. Vielen Dank, Ihr lieben Vermieter!

Traumurlaub trotz Corona

Wir haben die Woche bei Familie Haller sehr genossen. Alles war so wunderbar hergerichtet in diesem schönen alten / neuen Haus. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend und auf der Terrasse lässt es sich herrlich entspannen mit Blick auf die Passer. Wir konnten viele schöne Wanderungen zu den Almen im Passeier Tal unternehmen und hatten in der Wohnung alles, was wir brauchten, um trotz der Corona-Einschränkungen abends zusammen zu kochen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und waren sehr darauf bedacht, die Verhaltensregeln aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie einzuhalten. Das gab uns viel Sicherheit und Vertrauen - die Herzlichkeit kam dennoch nicht zu kurz.

Ruhige Hütte in exclusivem Design

Sehr freundliche und unglaublich hilfsbereite Vermieter, die das Stadl mit grosser Leidenschaft aufgebaut haben. Das Haus ist in puristischem Design gehalten mit viel Fichtenholz und Holzbalken aus dem 14. Jhr. Es liegt 30 Minuten fussläufig zu St. Martin, das Ski- und Wandergebiet Meran 2000 ist knapp 30 Autominuten entfernt und vor dem Haus geht ein Bus nach Pfelders, St. Leonhard oder Meran.

Sommerferien 2019 im Stadel

Gerade ist unser Urlaub im Stadel zu Ende gegangen. Wir konnten zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem super tollen Haus geniessen. Die Infrastruktur ist modern und sehr gepflegt. Es ist ein Ort um gemütlich zu verweilen, denn die Lage und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung tragen einen grossen Anteil dazu bei. Die Umgebung ist ideal zum Laufen, Wandern und Velofahren. Die Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe macht es möglich sich ohne Auto talaufwärts wie talabwärts zu bewegen. Die Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in St. Martin bieten alles was man wünscht. Die Besitzer des Stadels sind hilfsbereit, liebenswürdig und doch sehr diskret, was wir ebenfalls genossen haben. Diesen wunderbaren Ort können wir mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem modernen Haus

Es handelt sich um ein sehr modernes Haus mit einer umfassenden Ausstattung in einer schönen alten Hülle. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und angenehm. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter ist herzlich und offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus im Passeiertal

Das Ferienhaus besteht aus einem sehr modernen und geschmackvoll gestalteten Haus eingebaut in einen Stadl aus vergangener Zeit. Das macht den Reiz dieses Hauses aus. Es befindet sich unweit der Passer und der Straße nach Meran und liegt in Kalmtal, einem Teil des Ortes St Martin, in dem sich einzelne Häuser und Bauernhöfe befinden. Die supernetten Besitzer wohnen direkt nebenan und sind sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Der Ort St Martin ist fußläufig in etwa 20-30 Minuten (am Ufer der Passer entlang) zu erreichen und hat eine tolle Eisdiele, Restaurants und Läden. In St Leonard in Passeier gibt es eine Sportarena mit Freibad und Boulderhalle. Im Nachbarort Saltaus können sehr gut organisierte Raftingtouren auf der Passer gebucht werden. Meran erreicht man in etwa 20 Minuten. Im Passeiertal gibt es eine Vielzahl an Wanderwegen und Almen zur Einkehr. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Casa bellissima, comoda calda e confortevole.

È estremamente ben fornita. Troverete molte più cose rispetto a quelle che sono scritte nella descrizione del sito. I padroni sono gentilissimi ed educatissimi. Sono sempre stati disponibili per ogni nostro dubbio e rischiesta. Che dire ci tornerei anche oggi stesso. Veramente soddisfatta. Unica pecca non c’è la tv in camera.
