Pompeiana, 180 m above sea level. The holiday home is situated on a 65 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. This is a house in rustic style. The furnishings consist of modern furniture with a typically nautical atmosphere in the fresh and relaxing colours white and blue. Nestled within its own plot of approx. 15,000 m2. Located halfway up the hill, particularly sunny as it faces south and offers a wide panoramic view of the valley and the sea. The garden, the road and the parking area are private and adjoin the house of approx. 65 m2. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
