Fantastic stay. Bianca is a great host, the property is excellent (great history, space, location), the town is great, there’s nothing more to say. It was delightful staying here and I’d like to do so again.

Phenomenal property and wonderful owner

This is a gorgeous property. The owner is wonderful, she is responsive and helped us to have a fantastic stay. The villa is even prettier than it looks in the photos.

We enjoyed the stay very much. Our host lovely Bianca gave as valuable recommendations which led us to very lovely places. She really made us feel welcome. We loved the appartement because of the marvellous view and the good vibes.

Fantastic and atmospheric house

A rare case where the actual house is better than the photos. It’s big and airy enough to stay cool without air conditioning. The location allows for great views and access to beaches or the harbour, although through a fairly steep stairs. The villa is split into apartments but this wasn’t noticeable during our stay. We had a great two weeks and eould recommend it to anyone.

Residenza Bianca is fantastic!

Residenza Bianca is fantastic. The photographs of the property do not show how truly awesome it is, until you see it in person. The grounds are beautiful and the sea-view from the property is spectacular. It is an easy walk into town and a few minutes drive; the location is wonderful. Bianca is an excellent host. She was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, transportation, and sightseeing. She does everything she can to ensure her guests are happy. She made our stay in her home very special.

A wonderful week in a wonderful Villa

We had a really wonderful week in Imperia. The apartment is really fantastic, exactly as described and showed on the photos. It was super clean, tidy and well-kept. You have a wonderful view over the sea, a really good equipped kitchen and a parking site directly at the villa. The best thing is the small path to the sea with a nice pizzeria and the short walking distance to the city of Imperia (Oneglia) and the old harbour. Signora Bianca is a fantastic and lovely host. She will do everything for you - she even spoiled us with a delicious meal and other delicacies - così bella! Grazie mille Bianca :) - hope to see you again someday - we loved it and can really recommend it :)

Merveilleux séjour Allez-y les yeux fermés

Nous avons adoré les vacances dans la maison familiale de Bianca. La maison est magnifique et pleine de fraîcheur grâce au jardin arboré. C'est une très grande maison avec 4 appartements. Deux étages supérieurs sont habitées par des personnes âgées de la famille que nous n'avons ni vues ni entendues. L'appartement tout en bas était occupés quelques jours par des membres de la famille que nous avons à peine aperçus, des gens très discret. La maison se situe dans un énorme parc avec, à notre grande surprise un accès très rapide à la mer (5 minutes à pieds) par un petit chemin certes en pente mais ombragé. La maison se situe à 15 minutes à pieds d'Imperia par le bord de mer. Bianca nous a accueilli très chaleureusement, elle est très disponible et nous a transmis plein de très belles adresses de restaurants à Imperia et plein de choses à voir et faire dans la région par WhatsApp. Elle nous a fait découvrir plein de belles choses dans cette belle région. Nous ne retournons jamais aux mêmes endroits de vacances afin de découvrir à chaque fois une nouvelle région mais là franchement... nous hésitons.. car nous avons beaucoup aimé cette maison ainsi qu'Impéria. Le Koko beach à tout juste 10 minutes à pieds et une plage privée très agréable Allez-y vous ne le regretterez pas !

Amazing location!

Charmante Unterkunft der Sonderklasse!!! Außergewöhnliche Wohnung in einer schönen Villa, umgeben von einem sehr schönen Garten. Von der Veranda, dem Garten und Teilen der Wohnung genießt man Meeresblick (durch wunderschönen Baumbestand hindurch). Fußläufig erreicht man in etwa 20 bis 30 Minuten die Innenstadt von Imperia. Die geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung passt zum Stil der alten Villa. Wir fanden es positiv, dass nicht alles dem aktuellen Standard moderner Wohnblocks entspricht (kleine Dusche, unverständliche Programmwahl der Spülmaschine). Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen nett und versorgte uns mit Tipps für die Gegend und z.T. sogar mit Focaccia. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert.

Traumhafte Villa,

Inmitten von Oliven-, Pinienbäumen und einem gepflegten Garten befindet sich die Villa mit einer fantastischen 180° Sicht auf das ligurische Meer. Über einen eher steilen Fussweg gelangt man in vier Minuten ans Meer und den Strand. Entlang des Meeres ist man in rund zehn Gehminuten am alten Hafen mit Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Das Apartment ist grosszügig und gediegen eingerichtet. Von fast allen Räumen und der grosszügigen Terrasse geniesst man Meerblick. Hier kann man traumhafte Ferien verbringen. Signora Bianca ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Mit ihrer diskreten und hilfreichen Art hat sie uns viele wertvolle Tipps zu Restaurants, Märkten und Ausflugsorten gegeben. Mit E-Bikes hat man viele tolle Routen vor der Haustüre, sie ersparen auch die Parkplatzsuche in Imperia oder anderswo. Wir freuen uns wieder zu kommen!

Repräsentatives Anwesen ohne modernen Komfort

Das Anwesen ist fantastisch gelegen und versprüht einen mondänen Charme. Die hochwertige Einrichtung scheint vielfach original zu sein und trägt sehr dazu bei. Allerdings ist genau dies auch der Schwachpunkt: Bäder und Küche bieten nicht einen dem Preis angemessenen, modernen Komfort. Die Duschköpfe waren komplett verkalkt. Der Backofen hatte keinen Temperaturregler. Dafür dass in der Anzeige extra von der besonders guten Eignung der Wohnung zum Kochen geschwärmt wird, ist die Küche schlecht ausgestattet. So gibt zum Beispiel ausschließlich zwei Brotmesser und keine große Pfanne. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns allerdings zeitnah ein einzelnes Kochmesser zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wunderschöne Ferien mit wudervoller Gastgeberin

Super Wohnung in wundervollem Haus / Park. Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die immer nur das Wohl des Gastes im Vordergrund hat. Sehr zu empfehlen. Würde immer wieder dieses Objekt mieten.

Perfect place, perfectly placed

Beautiful grounds and apartment, within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shops, attractions but peace and quiet at night. Signora Bianca, the host, is extremely helpful and friendly. The place is a treat.
