Schöne, geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und alles war unkompliziert. Leider ist es vor und um das Haus herum recht unordentlich, was man aber von der Wohnung absolut nicht behaupten kann. Ich denke aufgrund des Alters und auch Krankheit der Vermieter kommen sie mit Allem nicht mehr ganz hinterher. Das Haus hat eine super Lage und man kann von dort aus ohne weite Wege viele tolle Ausflüge machen.

Familienurlaub für alle

Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen. In kurzer Zeit ist man im Ort in dem es alles für den täglichen Bedarf zu kaufen gibt. Das Haus ist selbst bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und äußerst aufmerksam. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

Super schöne Unterkunft für einen drei-Generationen-Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war super schön! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich und auch bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was es für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht von der Spülmaschine bis zum Wäscheständer. Ganz toll ist der angebotene Brötchenservice und dass zu jedem der drei einzelnen Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad gehört. Die Wohnung ist selbst bei hohen Temperaturen schön kühl und die Terasse ruhig gelegen mit Blick ins Grüne. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen!

Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz und separaten Schlafzimmern mit Bädern. Günstige Lage in der Nähe von Bodenmais. Wir hatten hier eine schöne Woche Winterurlaub.

erholsamer Urlaub in geräumiger FeWo

Die FeWo ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sehr positiv sind die seperaten Duschen/WCs in den DZ - dadurch hat man auch mit Freunden seinen eigenen Badezimmerbereich - sehr gut ausgedacht. Der Wohnraum ist super geräumig, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche mit top Ausstattung (Spülmaschine, Herd mit Ceranfeld, Backofen, Blechen und Rost, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher) hat alles, was man benötigt. Sehr schön ist die optische Trennung zum Wohnraum - eine gelungene Maßnahme. Die Vermieter haben sich sehr viele Gedanken gemacht. Etwas negativ fällt der erste Eindruck des Wohngebäudes auf. Es ist unaufgeräumt, was sehr schade ist, denn man schließt daraus vielleicht, dass es in der FeWo genauso wäre. Aber vielleicht ist die Unordnung vor dem Haus noch dem erst vor kurzem fertiggestelltem Umbau geschuldet. Die Wohnung selbst ist auf jeden Fall tipp top und sauber.
