Bright vacation apartment (115 m²) with a south-facing balcony and a view of the Silberberg

Our ground-floor holiday rental, with 115 m² of living space, can accommodate up to 6 people. The cosy living-dining room and the flat-screen TV with internet access invite you to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, has everything you could need. The holiday rental features 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and access to the south-facing balcony, which offers a magnificent view of Bodenmais and the Silberberg. In addition to the large, central bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet, there are two additional small bathrooms with toilets. Another bathroom with natural light is equipped with a bathtub; the third bathroom is an en suite (accessible directly from the bedroom) and features a shower. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for doing your laundry. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted. You may use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. A prepayment of 100% of the total price is due no later than 14 days before arrival. Check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Individual arrangements can be made upon request. Keys are provided via a key safe. (The code will be sent to you before arrival.) Pets are not allowed. A cot is available free of charge upon request. The visitor’s tax is charged separately (adults 16 and older: 3.60 EUR; children/teens ages 6–15: 1.80 EUR).
