Ritz Carlton Club St Thomas - Oceanfront - Newly Renovated, Lots of Availability

Come experience the ULTIMATE in LUXURY and RELAXATION at The Ritz Carlton Club resort. While staying in the residences/suites you will have access to the amenities and activities on the residence side of the Ritz Carlton resort, as well as most of those at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Hotel (except the club level). These amenities include 4 restaurants, daily housekeeping, concierge & grocery shopping services, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 beaches, complimentary use of pool/beach chairs & towels, pool & resort games, children's wading pool, fitness center, spa, and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi throughout the resort for those who are working or attending school remotely. For an additional daily fee, you will also have access to non-motorized water sports equipment rentals. This fee covers everyone in the residence and is only charged for the days you sign up for it.

Here on this five star resort property, you can do as little or as much as you want, making it the perfect vacation for everyone in your family/party. Curl up with a book on one of the 3 balconies/patios overlooking the turquoise waters, or take your book/tablet/laptop to one of the beaches or pools. Want to rent a boat and go out on the water? No problem, you can be picked up right at the beach. You can rent a car to see the island, but there's so much to see and do right at the Ritz Carlton resort that you don't have to leave. Some of the best snorkeling can be found right off the beaches.

Don't worry about the kids. There's a lot for them to do on the resort property as well.

Hungry? There are plenty of options. You can eat at one of the four restaurants, make your own meals in the residence’s gourmet kitchen, do some grilling on one of the resort's top of the line gas grills or get takeout and delivery service from one of the restaurants on site. Enjoy cocktails or dinner while looking out over the ocean and the lights of St. John.

Although my listing at times highlights availability for specific weeks, I actually have availability throughout the year. I have MOST NIGHTS AVAILABLE FOR 2026/2027. Please contact me with your preferred dates and I'll do my best to make it happen. I am an Owner at the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas, not just a manager or travel company. This is my family's favorite vacation spot and I have lots of recommendations that I'll be happy to share.

I have access to nights in multiple 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath residences and multiple 2 bedroom, 2 bath suites. They were all renovated in the fall of 2025. If you have a preference for one unit type over the other, please specify in your inquiry or booking. Following is a description of each -

The 2 bedroom residences are 1627 s.f. with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite counters, dining area, living room with pullout sofa for additional sleeping space, powder room in the entry and washer & dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bath and an ocean facing balcony/patio. The second bedroom has a king bed which can be separated into two single beds, if desired. It also has an en-suite bath and a balcony/patio. The second bedroom in most 2 bedroom residences is smaller than the master bedroom and is located in the back of the building. The first sixteen pics in the photos section of my listing are of a typical 2 bedroom residence interior. All residences are managed by the Ritz and are decorated and furnished the same, so they all have similar interiors.


The 2 bedroom suites are 1550 s.f. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has granite counters, full size refrigerator, cooktop, Advantium oven/microwave and dishwasher, The suites also have a stackable washer & dryer, as well as a dining area, and living room with pullout sofa for additional sleeping space. The master bedroom has a king bed, with en-suite bath and an ocean facing balcony/patio. The second bedroom has two queen beds, with en-suite bath and an ocean facing balcony/patio. The next five pics in the photos section of my listing are of a typical 2 bedroom suite interior.

The main differences between the residences & suites are - second bedroom size & bed configuration, location of the second bedroom, ie..ocean facing vs. in the back of the building, and changeover day (Friday vs. Saturday).

I also have access to nights in multiple 3 bedroom residences, which are listed under VRBO#349573 & #1512177. If you need multiple residences for a large party, this can be arranged.

PLEASE NOTE - The 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath residences at the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas typically rent from Saturday to Saturday. I'm happy to accommodate stays of other lengths, but anytime a stay extends through a Saturday, there is the possibility of a room move on that day because Saturday is changeover day in the Ritz residences. This will be the case no matter who you rent from.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath suites typically rent from Friday to Friday. I'm happy to accommodate stays of other lengths in these as well, but anytime a stay extends through a Friday, there is the possibility of a room move on that day because Friday is changeover day in the Ritz suites.

Please be aware that the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas charges a $250 fee per stay for non-members renting at the Club. This fee is per residence, not per person, and it covers your entire stay, whether you're staying one night, one week, or longer. In addition, the Virgin Islands government charges a $25/night per residence, not per person, Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee for timeshare rentals. The Ritz will collect these additional fees at checkout. Neither of these fees are included in the residence rental rate.

The unit was very spacious, well laid out with an expansive veranda, additional patio space off the 2nd bedroom and had gorgeous views. Access to the hotel amenities, onsite beach, and on property water sports/activities made our stay easy and convenient. Service was top notch. This was our 3rd year in a row staying at the Ritz. Once again the entire experience was amazing from start to finish! The staff always goes way above and beyond to ensure that your entire family feels very welcome and that your every need is taken care of. The property (as always) is immaculately taken care of. Great experience

The 2 BR / 2.5 BA residence was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Very good communication initially from the property residence owner and then a seamless handoff to the Ritz concierge for great pre-arrival information. All of our requests were handled well by the Ritz team before our arrival and we found everything in our space ready as expected (second bedroom configuration, pillows and towels requested, groceries delivered and put away smartly).Our experience onsite was also exceptional - good pools and beach areas (at both Residence and Hotel) for easy relaxing and family fun. It is about 30 minute drive from the airport and main town on the island, but we were interested in staying on the East side, making the location ideal for the activities we wanted to do off property (but it’s so nice on property we spent most of our time enjoying the resort!)We spent many mornings and evenings on our patio facing the ocean, taking in nice views and truly amazing ocean breezes. We would highly recommend this unit and the overall experience at the Ritz.

The condo was a perfect choice for us. Even though it was a first floor unit the views were spectacular. My son and wife had the master suite. They enjoyed the balcony.My suite was private and I also had my own private balcony.The kitchen was well equipped.There were issues with the air conditioning…default was set way too cold at 66, 67, 68 in all three spaces. No matter how high you turned the thermostat it stayed that cold. Maintenance looked at it ,but was not fixed.

Outstanding stay over Christmas week

We would highly recommend everything about this trip: going to St. Thomas, staying at the Ritz-Carlton Club, and booking through Debbie. The property is beautiful, and the two-bedroom residence is luxurious and spacious (with terrific views from the balconies). Even during Christmas week, the pool area was not crowded, and we took advantage of the amenities at both the club and the hotel. Staff members were very friendly, and service was good. Debbie was highly responsive throughout the booking process, and she accommodated our desire to stay four nights rather than the typical week, even during a very busy period. I have learned that rental prices at the Ritz-Carlton Club can vary widely, and we found Debbie's price to be quite reasonable. We would certainly visit again and book through her, and I think that we are likely to do so soon.

Better than the photos!

This property absolutely exceeded my expectations! I booked this for my birthday trip & I will definitely be contacting again to stay another time. Both Debbie & the Ritz staff were very accommodating & always quick to respond. The photos don't do the property justice! We booked the king room & two queen bed room and they both have their own balconies. The entire suite was so spacious and the outdoor patio wraps around for ample space! The location of this space was an easy walk to the pool/hot tub area & to the water! And if you don't want to walk, the Ritz staff will pick you up on a golf cart and take you to wherever you need to go! The check in/out process was a breeze and I was SO SAD to leave. I highly recommend staying here. Just click the book button already!!

Confronted at pool about seats

We were told that all amenities at the resort were available to us. When we first arrived at the infinity pool there were 4 chairs available (5 of us) and the attendants immediately put towels on them for us and we sat down. My husband and son left for a few (10) minutes to change in the room and an attendant approached us along with 2 guests and asked if we were using 2 of the chairs and we said yes. He came back later and questioned what type of room we were staying in and told us that because we were from the condo side we should be charged a fee for using the infinity pool, acting like he was doing us a favor for not doing this. We realized later there WAS a limit to the number of chairs that can be used at the infinity pool - 3 (but not be a fee), we just did not realize this because the attendants immediately gave us 4. Paying 1000+ a night and staying at the ritz, which we thought would be this amazing/ posh experience, but being confronted about chairs when we first got there, just put a cloud on the whole experience. You can tell by my ratings that everything else was great, but it honestly did not seem worth it, we read the rules afterwards and understand the process for chairs is more complex than we realized ( reservations,etc) - the way it was handled just made us feel stupid and not as deserving because we had come over from the condo side. We realized later it was actually nicer on the condo side anyway, I wish we had just stayed there. I would think twice about staying at such an expensive place, or the ritz in general in the future - this situation definitely could have been handled better

If you have the opportunity to book here, do it! Debbie was an incredible hostess and moved mountains to make our trip memorable. The property is stunning. Perfect retreat in the USVI

The Ritz Carlton Luxury residence was a perfect ending to our USVI vacation. The place was beautiful and immaculate. We had a 3 bedroom suite facing the beach and the pools. This place had everything you needed in a luxury stay -- comfortable plush beds with Frette bedding/bathrobes, large living room with large TV, amazingly spacious bathrooms, great kitchen, and washer/dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice resort, consisting of both Ritz-Carlton hotel/resort as well as the adjoining Ritz-Carlton Club (timeshare) residences. There are pools, jacuzzi's, and eating options on both sides and it is an easy and short walk between them. The club rooms are nicely appointed and with the furnished kitchen it is easy to cook meals if you get groceries from one of the local supermarkets. The beach: sub-par - thin/shallow sandy portion and rocky underfoot upon entry but after that the water is nice. Also note there can be a good amount of seagrass and algae. Overall we spent almost all the time at the pools. On the hotel side there is a two-level pool with water slide that children like, and an infinity pool closer to the beach. The beach on the hotel side has a thicker/deeper sandy area but the same issues with rocks, grass, and algae. Food at the on-property restaurants was generally excellent but pricy as to be expected. There are other dining options for lunch and dinner less than 10 minutes away, and the village of Red Hook also has a marina and ferry if you want to go to another island or on a diving or snorkeling tour. Overall again a very nice place.
