Family getaway

We had an idyllic getaway to the Ritz Carlton Club over Christmas. The cleaning service is such a treat! Tge condo is impeccable and we can’t wait to come back!

The Very Best Trip

My daughter, her boyfriend and myself visited before Christmas and loved every minute of our stay. We did not want to leave and actually tried to stay an extra night. The staff and the people who are there are amazing. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Wonderful vacation spot

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Ritz Residences over the holidays. Debbie was very easy to communicate with when we were making our plans, and always responded in a timely manner. We were very happy with our accommodations. We had Beautiful views from our balcony, lots to do on property and friendly helpful staff. The place was well kept and stocked with all the amenities you could need. The daily cleaning service was a plus. Exactly what we were looking for in a vacation spot! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family vacation

This was a dream vacation. The villa was perfect for our family. The pictures are super accurate and the entire Ritz Carlton property (both the club and hotel sides) is gorgeous. Debbie was wonderful before booking, and super communicative. She was really responsive and made the whole process really easy. Would absolutely go back and go through her again.

Definitely Stay Again

We won’t stay anywhere else. Debbie was fantastic, responsive and easy to get a hold of. The residence at the Ritz is outstanding and absolutely beautiful. The space was perfect and we had an ocean view room with 3 balconies. All of the staff and amenities were amazing. Again, we won’t even bother looking for another place to stay next time. We’ll book with Debbie first thing. Highly recommend!!

Best Bday Trip Ever!

This two bedroom residence at the Ritz Club was 5 star and first class all the way!! Perfect unit, perfect view, amazing service! Beds and pillows were so comfortable! Fully stocked kitchen made it perfect for having breakfast daily on our balcony. The concierge beautifully decorated the unit for my daughter’s birthday. This was a bucket list vacation for me and it was perfect at the Ritz Club!!

Pictures accurate. Easy communication with host. Service at resort very friendly. Nice having multiple pools and 2 beaches. Prefer beach in front of residence club. Ate at Alloro for dinner 2x and Coconut Grove for 2 lunches. Going off property in a taxi with 4 people is $32-40 one way. Enjoyed Caribbean Fish Market 2x which is walkable.

What's Not To Love?

Beautiful property, incredible view, luxe accommodations, and the friendliest, most helpful staff you could ask for. Plenty of dining options and things to do right on the resort. Really, what's not to love??

Best place to stay on St. Thomas

The Ritz is really nice and close to Redhook where you can jump on a ferry to St. John. I also enjoy the five star service that the Ritz has to offer. Our condo had everything we needed. I did not get a chance to go to the Spa this trip but the gym was amazing. We will definitely be back to stay at the Ritz St. Thomas in the future.

Loved our Villa!

Villa size was perfect for our family. Location of villa was convenient to everything. Beautiful views. Leasing agent Debbie was great! Housing keeping came twice daily -- keeping it spotless. Well stocked with cooking utensils, towels, etc. Also super easy to get transportation.

Beautiful Property

This was our first visit to the Ritz-Carlton Club St. Thomas. The property was beautiful, the 2 bedroom condo was perfect, and the people at the resort provided wonderful hospitality. I am very picky about accommodations and can honestly say there was nothing to complain about :) Debbie was also a great host, responsive and informative. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation on St. Thomas look no further, just book this place!
