Dobra relacja ceny do jakości.
Ładnie położone, czyste i estetyczne „osiedle wakacyjne” z ładnym i czystym basenem (ale z płatnymi leżakami i parasolami). Apartamenty jednak trafiają się różne (pod kątem stopnia zużycia np. mebli), jednak w miarę czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Sama miejscowość (Rosolina Mare) jest dobrym punktem wypadowym do zwiedzenia Wenecji i Padwy, małym kurortem wakacyjnym- obecnie (07.2021) nie była zatłoczona.
