The 55 m² apartment ‘Sonnenaufgang’ is beautifully situated in the hiking and skiing area Pfelders in the Passeier valley (Val Passiria). The charming apartment next to Guesthouse Zeppichl offers a mountain view and consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom. The apartment can therefore accommodate 2-5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a hair dryer, a safe and underfloor heating. A washing machine is available for a fee. Your private balcony invites you to start your day with a hot cup of coffee while you enjoy the panoramic views. The shared garden and shared outdoor sauna of the house are also available for your use. Guests can make use of the sauna for an additional fee. A variety of restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity and the nearest supermarket is just a few steps away, less than one minute away on foot. Due to its location, this is the ideal accommodation for sports and nature lovers. Here you can create unforgettable memories on the ski slopes or relax with a walk through the beautiful surrounding nature.
Parking spaces as well as a children’s playground are located just in front of the holiday apartment.

Die Ferienwohnung war super. Die Gastgeber top.
Pros: Die Ausstattung war absolut komplett.
Alles war qualitativ sehr hochwertige ausgeführt. Eine super saubere Wohnung zum wohlfühlen.
Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und immer für ihre Gäste da.
Wir haben uns mit unseren Hunden pudelwohl gefühlt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr.
Cons: Nichts !!!
