*The Causes*
One of the things that makes Canmore and the Bow Valley so unique is the vibrant community and social programs available to residents and visitors. Part of our goal with this property is to give back to support the protection of this fragile and awe-inspiring Bow Valley ecosystem, and that means a commitment to actively supporting great initiatives in the area.
The Owner of the condo is a lifelong XC skier and by association, a forest, trail, and wild spaces lover. After receiving a considerable windfall from the selling of his legacy family home, and the desire to be close to his youngest daughter and her new family in Alberta, he purchased this Canmore adventure home base! The desire behind this pledge runs much deeper though. The Owner lives as a bereaved parent, who tragically lost his oldest daughter by suicide. While the hopes to be with her on her life journey tragically ended, a different life path began. This space is a representation of the new journey and a commitment to be part of a new family chapter, remembering, and actively improving the world around us.

The public Canmore Roam Bus is also a great way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore.

Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.
Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:
1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.
2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
