Outdoor shower, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Gut ausgestattet und gepflegt

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet. Je nach Tageszeit kann man sehr gut auf der Ostseite (Pool) oder der Westseite (Balkon) verbringen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und ebenso das Wohn- und Esszimmer. Wir hatten etwas Pech, da zu der Zeit ein Handwerker in der Wohnung im Untergeschoss tätig war. Dies sollte aber inzwischen beendet sein. Um das Haus herum wird gerade an einigen anderen Häusern gearbeitet. Die aktuellen Bauarbeiten sollten bis zum Sommer fertig sein und danach gibt es nur noch im Norden und Osten Baugrund, der wahrscheinlich ab nächstem Jahr bebaut wird. Insgesamt war die Lärmbelästigung aber überschaubar. Der Pool ist sehr schön, sauber und wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Die Besitzerin wohnt in einem kleinen Haus auf dem Grundstück und immer erreichbar, wenn man sie braucht. Sie ist absolut hilfsbereit und spricht gut deutsch. Möglichkeiten zu essen und einzukaufen gibt es ausreichend in der Stadt. In der Hochsaison sollte man ein bis 2 Tage vorher in den Restaurants reservieren. Der Wasserpark 4 km von der Wohnung entfernt ist erst einmal nicht ganz günstig. Im Internet kann man aber Gutscheine mit 20% Ermäßigung ordern und ab den 2. Besuch hat man dann eine Ersparnis von rund 40%. Ausflüge nach Porec, Rovinj und Pula sind gut möglich. Jederzeit wieder.

Schöne, große Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, Heizung tollem Pool im sauberen Garten mit Oliven und Orangenbäume, komplett eingezäunt. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon mit Meerblick. Haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Kein Haus sondern eine Wohnung mit Poolbenutzung

Hallo Leute Dieses wird als Haus Vermietet aber man bekommt eine Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer wird noch ein sogenanntes Couchbett Aufgebaut, dieses liegt im ersten Stock. Was ist mit den anderen Stockwerken? Komisch. Also für den Preis sollte man den Zugang in allen Bereichen haben. Poolbenutzung ist im Preis enthalten. Das ist das einzige was wirklich extrem Zufriedenstellend war und ist. Achtung Leute es wird eine Wohnung vermietet kein ganzes Haus. Nette Besitzerin.

Fijn vakantiehuis

Erg fijn huis met eigen zwembad en ruime tuin. De eigenaresse was erg vriendelijk, bracht fruit en groenten uit eigen tuin. De ligging is vrij rustig, auto is wel nodig om naar Novigrad te gaan, maar dat was geen probleem.
