Schöne Wohnung im Stadtzentrum

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig im Stadtzentrum. Parkplätze sind leider nur öffentliche, gegen ordentliche Gebühr, verfügbar. Das konnte uns die Freude über die wunderbare Wohnung mit tollem Innenhof nicht vermiesen. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Lokale, Meer mit kostenlosen Kiesstränden ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selber ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Empfehlenswert!

Urlaub in Mitte der Stadt

Für 2-3 Tage fast perfekt - länger fehlt die Gemütlichkeit! Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, keine gemütlichen Sitzplätze Indoor / Outdoor. Die Lage wäre für uns perfekt, wenn ein Parkplatz vorhanden wäre. Die täglichen Parkplatzprobleme haben den langen Aufenthalt doch sehr getrübt. 24 Std. Parkplätze ca. 20 Minuten zum gehen. Fazit: Wohnung sauber und in der Küche bis auf Kaffeemaschine für 2 Personen alles vorhanden. Für maximal 2-3 Übernachtung gerne wieder.

Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt zu zweit

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung verbracht. Auch hatten wir die Möglichkeit die mitgebrachten Mountainbikes sicher im Innenhof abzustellen. Dass die Wohnung in der Fußgängerzone liegt, hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Es hatte auch den Vorteil, dass man in allernächster Umgebung jede Menge Lokalitäten hatte, die man abends aufsuchen konnte. Die Gastgeberin Federica war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und konnte uns nützliche Tipps geben, obwohl sie aktuell nicht vor Ort war. Letztendlich hat alles super gepasst und wir waren absolut zufrieden. Wir waren zum ersten mal dort, aber bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft verbringen dürfen - mitten in der Altstadt von Novigrad inmitten vieler ausgezeichneter Restaurants und sehr schöner Meeresabschnitten. Die Tipps von Federica waren immer sehr hilfreich, der Kontakt immer sehr schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit - auch wenn wir uns Corona-bedingt nicht persönlich kennenlernen konnten.

Traumhaft

Habe schon lange geträumt von einem Urlaub in einer kleiner Altstadt, mit engen Gassen, Kleingeschäften und nicht weit vom Strand. Das alles haben wir gehabt, wie in einem Film. Es war auch alles, was man braucht, in der Nähe: Bäckerei, Drogeriemarkt, Lebensmittelgeschäft und natürlich der Strand. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, super große Terrasse und die Steinmauern, einfach toll. Kann nur weiter empfehlen. Es war unsere erste Reise nach Kroatien und wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub. Novigrad ist eine wunderschöne Stadt.

Prime accommodation in beautiful Novigrad

The flat is newly renovated and suited us (2 persons) perfectly. Especially the private backyard is a nice and comfy place (pleasant temperature in the evenings). Federica was highly available guided us friendly and competent through all aspects of travel and the general stay. We had booked on fewo-direkt.de. The description there can be misunderstood concerning parking - that is not Federicas fault. There is no private parking in front of the flat. Public parking is no problem though (7 Euros per day). Novigrad is a good place to relax (we visited way crowdier places along the coastside) with good infrastructure (shopping and especially dining). We recommend the Gardin and the Gatta Nera 8-)

Schöner Familienurlaub im Herzen Novigrads

Schöne Wohnung mitten in Novigrad. Das Meer in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und alles was man sonst so braucht direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sauber, der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Wir kommmen gerne mal wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt in der Altstadt und am Meer

Wir haben hier in Novigrad eine sehr schöne Woche verlebt...gerne wieder. Wenn man mal richtig abschalten möchte und trotzdem gern ein wenig Stadtgeflüster im Hintergrund braucht...ist man hier genau richtig. 100 Meter zum Meer und dennoch zentral...volle Punktzahl...Susanne,Amelie u Torsten

Den lille bolig ligger helt centralt med kort vej til både strand og marinaen. Det var rent og lækkert da vi ankom. Vores dejlige udlejer havde endda sat en prosecco på køl til os. Hun hjalp endda med at bære vores ting ind og sikre sig at vi havde alt vi havde brug for. Gårdhaven er charmerende med sine rustikke høje stenmure og får stadig sol i formiddagstimerne. Vi var enormt begejstrede for oplevelsen og ville til hver en tid tage tilbage til byen og denne lejlighed.

sehr schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist so schön, wie auf den Bildern und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wenn es ein Problem oder eine Frage gab, war sie stets zur Stelle. Leider sind die umliegenden Kneipen doch sehr laut und man hört die Musik bis ca. 3 Uhr morgens. Um 6 Uhr morgens fährt die Kehrmaschine direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster vorbei....also unbedingt Ohropax einpacken! Ansonsten ist Novigrad ein sehr schönes Städtchen und wir sind immer wieder gerne da. Die Landschaft und das klare Wasser verzaubern uns jedes Mal.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Schöne Altstadt.

Schöne kleine, saubere u. gepflegte Wohnung. Etwas laut da direkt neben einer Bar gelegen. Ausstattung war ausreichend, gefehlt hat uns eine Kaffeemaschine. Besonders schön ist der zur Wohnung gehörende Innenhof. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.

schöne moderne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist richtig schön und modern. Sie hat sogar einen Innenhof, der nur einem selbst gehört. Die Lage ist super! Man befindet sich nur ein paar Meter von der Einkaufsmeile entfernt. Zum Strand ist es auch nur ein Steinwurf entfernt. Wir konnten sogar ein Buggy und ein Kinderbett dazu mieten. Man ist mitten im Geschehen in dieser Stadt dabei. Somit bekommt man ein wenig die Geräusche mit. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

in all aspects overwhelming

It was so nice staying in this apartment! Directly located at the city center and the church, it is also only a short walk to the beach. Novigrad is full of families and children and the city seems very alive. We had a great time and the flat was nearly perfect. The hostess was very hepful and organised and I would love to visit some time again!

Bellissima vacanza

Una vacanza davvero stupenda! L'appartamento rispecchiava perfettamente le foto del sito, anche meglio forse: confortevole, pulito, vicinissimo sia al centro che al mare. I proprietari sono stati professionali, cordiali e disponibili. La consiglierei davvero a chiunque perchè la mi esperienza a Novigrad è stata davvero fantastica.

Soggiorno decisamente positivo

Abbiamo prenotato questo soggiorno su suggerimento di alcuni parenti, senza conoscere la località. I contatti con la proprietaria, sia tramite email che telefonici, sono stati da subito esaustivi ma anche cordiali, ci sono state date tutte le informazioni necessarie in modo puntuale. Al nostro arrivo, accolti dalla proprietaria, la casa si è rivelata pienamente rispondente alle attese e a quanto mostrato dalle foto e dalla descrizione sul sito: arredamento semplice ma in perfette condizioni, ottima pulizia, ambienti piccoli ma comodi e arredati in modo razionale e al tempo stesso piacevole. La casa è ubicata nel centro storico del paesino, che si è rivelato come un vero piccolo gioiello con le sue stradine piene di vita, negozietti e ristorantini (ottimo pesce!) ma che sa regalare anche la tranquillità per una vacanza rilassante. Le "spiagge" sono a poche decine di metri dalla casa, l'acqua è trasparente ma (come credo in tutta la Croazia) non aspettatevi la sabbia! La scelta è tra le piattaforme in cemento o le rive sassose. Vacanza da ripetere!!!!!

Bella scoperta con il Mare in casa

Bell'appartamento di recente ristrutturazione secondo i canoni italiani (e quindi di livello superiore a quelli locali), sicuramente adatto a 2 adulti con bambini al seguito dotato di tutti i comfort e di bella corte interna con camino per barbecue ad uso esclusivo. E' ubicato proprio nel "centro del centro storico" in zona pedonale, quindi a pochi metri da farmacia, ufficio postale, supermercato e una infinità di locali per colazioni, aperitivi e cena, ma nonostante ciò bene insonorizzato anche dalla musica dei vicini locali. Il mare (acqua limpida e pulita anche dopo i temporali) poi è proprio dietro l'angolo ma lontano dalla calca e dal rumore, con la possibilità di disporre di lettino ed ombrellone a prezzi irrisori; infinito lungomare che si estende da nord a sud anche per fare lunghe camminate, pulitissimo e ordinato sempre e ovunque (in Italia non ricordo di avere mai visto tanto ordine e pulizia nemmeno in località VIP). Inoltre Federica, la proprietaria di casa, e il fratello Enrico sono stati gentili ed accoglienti, disponibili verso una nostra richiesta particolare di soggiorno, fornendoci anche preziosi consigli. Unico neo la mancanza di wi-fi nell'appartamento come invece sembrava segnalato nella descrizione, obbligandoci cosi ad uscire nelle vie dove ci sono diversi Hot-spot pubblici ad accesso libero. Grazie di tutto, è stata una piacevolissima esperienza che consiglieremo ad amici e parenti.
