The apartment was bright, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It's also very convenient for Carrefour (2 minutes walk) and the lake front (4 minutes walk). The view from the sunny balcony is beautiful. Jean-Pierre is a charming host and really made us feel welcome. We had a lovely week.
I am glad to say that my stay was very nice and I had a great experience. The host was very kind and the apartment lived to our expectations. I hope we left everything in order, I tried my best. I very much suggest Jean-Pierre's apartment when travelling to Annecy! Thank you once again!

Das Feriendomizil und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter waren sehr positiv.
Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Der Vermieter J.P ist sehr nett und empfing uns sehr herzlich.

Apartment with nice view
We loved our stay in Annecy in this apartment, especially using the bicycles on the great cycle tracks around the lake. Eating our meals on the balcony was great but chairs a little uncomfortable. The lake is only about 5 minutes walk away and a bus to centre of Annecy just around the corner, also a Carrefour supermarket is only a couple of minutes away.
The apartment was lovely and clean but cutlery could do with renewing.
