Are you dreaming of the perfect holiday in a luxurious, modern villa with a private pool and sea view? Make this dream come true and book the fantastic Villa Estrella at the southernmost tip of Istria. This dream home will take your breath away! The villa is on the seafront, just 6 meters from the sea and 50 meters from the beach. You wake up early and drink your first morning coffee by the sea. This is a dream and pure relaxation. The villa can accommodate up to 10 people and has 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms on a total of 340m2 of living space. Have a good time and relax on one of the comfortable sun loungers by the pool, forget about everyday life under the Croatian sun. The pool is heated free of charge and offers a pleasant water temperature, but it is closed from 31.10. - 08.04.. On the covered terrace with dining table and barbecue area, family and friends can meet for summer evenings together and prepare fresh meals on the gas grill. The wellness area of the villa, which has a jacuzzi and sauna and its own wellness lounger area, ensures even more relaxation. All your wishes will be fulfilled here at the highest level. On the ground floor there is a gaming room with a chess corner for playing and a table football and Pikado. There is entertainment for the whole family, a Playstation 5 offers funny evenings for small and big children. In basement there is also small home cinema, and next to it is also a additional kitchen which can also be used as a small vine bar. In the garden of the villa there is also a table tennis table for active outdoor play. The interior of Villa Estrella is modern and stylish. The open living area with the large sofa and TV, the sitting area and the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen make up the ground floor. Villa Estrella has an excellent location for those who value proximity to the beach and sea. Explore the southern coast of Istria with its beautiful beaches and bays. Also plan a tour of the historic old town of Pula with the famous Arena, the Golden Gate and the many small streets. You can taste local specialties in the many different restaurants and taverns or buy them directly at the weekly market and then prepare them in the villa. We also recommend a day trip to the Brijuni National Park with the famous safari park, which you can reach by boat from Pula.

The pool is about 8M long and was greatly enjoyed. The patio was a delightful place to gather. Our host was responsive to the single issue that came up. We certainly would rent Villa Estrella again.

Architektur mit Charakter

Tolle Villa!! Edle, individuelle Einrichtung, alles sehr großzügig gestaltet und viel Platz für Kinder (im Keller gibt es einen Spieleraum sowie ein Kino inkl. Play Station) - unsere Kinder waren die ganze Woche gut unterhalten :-). Schlafzimmer können vollständig abgedunkelt werden und sind gut klimatisiert, Betten sehr hochwertig, wir haben wirklich gut geschlafen. Pool direkt vor der Terrasse ist sehr praktisch, damit man kleine Kinder, die noch nicht schwimmen können, immer im Blick hat. Sehr schön auch die Aussicht aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Betreuung vorab durch Visit Istria war sehr professionell und bemüht und auch die Kommunikation mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort war unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend, wir können die Unterkunft daher mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Danke für die unbeschwerte Urlaubswoche :-). Am Nachmittag gibt es auf der Terrasse beim Esstisch nur noch wenig Schatten, daher sind wir hier des Öfteren ins kühle Haus ausgewichen - hier könnte eventuell noch mit einer Markise oder ähnlichem für nachgebessert werden.

Traumvilla

Die Villa bietet ausreichend Platz für zehn Personen! Pool und Wellnessbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen! Die Lage ist topp - Strand und Promenade sind gut fußläufig erreichbar! Der Kontakt ist herzlich und antwortet schnell. Bei Ankunft roch es etwas streng aus den Siphons… hier könnte man etwas nachbessern!
