Ideal for solo travelers or couples who don't need a kitchen and just want a place to sleep for the night after spending the day in town, surfing, or sightseeing. Includes fast WiFi, shared access to the saltwater pool, laundry room, and on-site parking.

🚫 No parties or events

Casa Cochimí is for registered overnight guests only. Parties, events, gatherings, or commercial use of the property are not allowed.



🔇 Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep music, voices, doors, and outdoor noise at a respectful level for neighbors and other guests on the property.



👥 Registered guests only

Only guests included on the reservation may enter or stay at the property unless we approve additional visitors in advance. This villa’s maximum occupancy is 2 guests; the total number in your party including visitors must remain within that limit.



🐾 No pets

Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome in accordance with platform policy and must remain under guest control, housebroken, and not left alone at the property without approval.



🚭 No indoor smoking

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed indoors. Please dispose of any outdoor smoking waste safely and respectfully.



🏜️ Desert environment

Casa Cochimí is located in a natural desert setting. Dust, insects, wind, and outdoor elements are part of the environment.



💧 Utilities and internet

Occasional water, power, or internet interruptions may happen in the area. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly when they are within our control.



💳 Damage responsibility

Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. If damage occurs, repair or replacement costs may be charged with an itemized summary.

Illegal activity, unsafe behavior, property damage, or violations of these rules may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.

**Guest Access**



📌 Important note: This is the upstairs unit of the first villa, and the downstairs may be occupied by other guests. Both units have private entrances and are separated by a barrier, though walls are shared.



🚗 A car is necessary to explore the area comfortably. The road to the property is unpaved and rocky, I'd suggest something with a little more ground clearance. Free secure parking is available on-site.



🏖️ The villa is just a 10-minute walk (0.4 miles / 0.6 km) to the beach and the birdwatching lagoon. Enjoy easy access to fishing spots and peaceful walks along the shoreline.



🏄 Surfers will love the world-class waves at La Pastora, just two miles north.



🐋 From December to mid-March, you may even spot whales right from the upstairs terrace.
