Inside the Main Home
Enter through the main front door using a secure smart keypad and step into a space that feels open, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The entire estate has been fully renovated and is designed to feel welcoming and easy to settle into.

(48 hours’ advance notice required. Most of the year this temperature can be maintained; however, during colder winter weather below 55°F, reaching the desired temperature may not be possible)
Unwind in a luxury Master Spas Twilight hot tub with 37 therapeutic jets and foot-blaster massage.
Spa set to 104°F (with 8 hours’ prior notice)
Two pool access points: from the backyard and through the pool house
Children must never be left unattended in the pool area.

Guests have full private access to both homes and all outdoor amenities, excluding locked storage areas.

The estate features keyless entry with unique PIN codes. Some stays may have a single estate code or separate codes per home.

The pool area is fully gated. Please ensure gates remain closed at all times for safety.

Events & Gatherings

The property may be used for events and gatherings, including family celebrations, and corporate retreats, with prior disclosure and host approval.

Guests must notify the host before booking if they plan to host an event. We offer an in-house event planning service that can accommodate events of various sizes. Event fees vary based on the type and scope of the event, please contact us to discuss details.

An event fee applies when an event involves outside vendors, including (but not limited to) rental furniture, external catering, decorators, entertainers, or other third-party services brought onto the property.

Events that use only the home’s existing furniture and kitchen, with no outside vendors, do not require an event fee.

Hosting an undisclosed event or gathering may result in additional charges or other actions permitted under Airbnb’s policies.

No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use is allowed indoors. This includes tobacco, cannabis, and all vaping products. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if any smoke, vapor, or related odor is detected inside the property.
No pets inside the homes

Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure
