The simple, cosy style gives all rooms a personal touch and makes you feel right at home. Located in the Mühlau district, the apartment complex stands out for its peaceful setting. Far from the hustle and bustle of daily life and with an impressive panoramic view of the Kaiser Mountains, you’ll have the opportunity to take a break from the stresses of everyday life. Experience a conscious slowdown—enjoy your free time with leisurely walks through the picturesque countryside or by engaging in various activities. The loft apartments are located on the 1st floor and feature a large balcony with an unobstructed view of the Kaiser Mountains. These exclusive apartments feature a box-spring bed (“an additional sleeping option is available upon request”). Up in the loft area, there is a double bed. A large panoramic window with a seating area invites you to linger. The kitchenette features a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment; in front of it is a seating area. The wood-burning stove in the apartment creates a cosy atmosphere in winter or during the transitional seasons. The bathroom becomes a wellness oasis thanks to a large rain shower; two of the apartments also feature a bathtub. Additionally, all bathrooms are equipped with a bidet. All apartments are equipped with underfloor heating.
The well-maintained mountain lake “Luegsteinsee,” located near our house, invites you to relax and cool off in the summer. Even in winter, many renowned ski resorts and the cross-country ski trail at Dörfl are within easy reach from our location. All year round, you can explore the stunning mountain scenery, beautiful hiking trails, and peaks. Thanks to good transport connections, the town centers of Oberaudorf and Kiefersfelden are just a few minutes away. The nearest major city, Kufstein, with its many shopping opportunities, also offers great cultural entertainment.
