The Space:

Step into your home away from home in Southern Utah. Ruby Reflections is spacious and ready for your ultimate getaway. With a large living room and and fully appointed kitchen, a large master ensuite with soaking tub, high tray ceilings, a large backyard with a spectacular view, BBQ grill, outdoor seating and firepit, and a garage/game room for optimal fun (and photo ops!) this gem in the heart of Kanab is sure not to disappoint!



The master ensuite features a plush king sized bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, sitting area, and luxurious bathroom with both a beautifully tiled walk in shower and a soaking tub.

Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 both feature a Queen sized bed, night stands, and a closet for clothes storage.

There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for an additional sleeping space.



The community of La Estancia offers community amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, pavilion, pickleball court, park with playground, and bocce ball court. Downtown Kanab is just a 2 minute drive away and offers an variety of restaurants and shops.

Guests will be sent a private door code prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The La Estancia neighborhood is the finest in Kanab. Master-planned, it features a clubhouse with an indoor & seasonal outdoor pool, & recreation room. Amenity park located in Phase 3 of La Estancia includes pickleball courts, bocce ball, playground equipment, electric chargers and more!



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting, Toms Canyon and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. Access to some of these trails is literally right outside your front door! As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, little league baseball fields and tennis/pickleball courts. Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours. Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.



Getting Around:

La Estancia is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is just a couple of miles away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.



It's very important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. Please adhere to all rules so as not to incur a fine of $100--$500.



Rules for La Estancia Community:



- There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage.

- If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage.

- Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses.

- Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities.

- Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community.



Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 fee to replace it.
