This terrific floating retreat features one and a half cozy bedrooms, including one queen bed and one twin bed, perfect for a small group or family. Guests can relax in the lovely living room, which offers spectacular views of the lake. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower to start your day right. With air conditioning to keep things cool, you’ll enjoy a comfortable and unique stay on the water. Swim or fish from the front of the boat. Restaurant on the water with cold beer and live entertainment(weekends and in season) as well as boat rentals available. Make your time with friends and loved ones one for the books with a stay at our place.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please Turn off both air conditioners shut blinds and windows close the front door. Please don’t leave food in the sink and ensure refrigerator door is shut
Please haul off any excess garbage to the dumpsters in the parking lot, as well as bathroom trashcan waste. Do not swim behind boat due to risk of electrical shock. Don’t contact marina about rental.
Please Ensure sunscreens on front deck are retracted and chair cushions are attached to the chairs and pushed in under patio table. Do not jump off top of boat. Please observe quiet hours 11pm-7am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not jump off top of houseboat. Roof will not support weight. Please observe quiet time 11pm-7am
Do not swim behind boat due to risk of electrical shock. Don’t contact marina/dock or its employees about your rental as it is privately owned.
Nothing in toilet but human waste. Soiled paper and other items should be placed in the lined waste can. Drain shower periodically when in use.

Scotty was an excellent host! Met us at the parking lot after excellent communication via text. Helped us get settled and provided very clear expectations.The rental was even better than described. If you are looking for a relaxing escape to chill out and get away from the daily rat race, this is your place.

Very clean lake with plenty of activities and fish

What makes this property unique

Our boat is a bit older and is not a million dollar 4 bedroom houseboat, but is very relaxing and accommodating. We are not trying to keep this boat rented year round, maybe 10-15 reservations a year to offset costs. We have had a new grandbaby the last 2 summers so that limits our availability to float about. Accommodates 2-3 adults comfortably.
