This comfortably furnished flat is located on the first floor of a house directly on the most beautiful beach in Nerja, Playa Burriana. From the south-facing terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea, which is about 80 metres in front of you. The promenade offers many opportunities for eating and drinking, as well as many sporting activities. There are well-stocked supermarkets within walking distance and many small Spanish greengrocers and the colourful weekly market tempt you to go shopping.

El apatramentio tiene muy buena ubicación, estaba muy limpio, muy bien equipado.La terraza esta enfrente del mar lo que hace que la estancia sea muy agradable.

Net appartement op een topLocatie

Appartement ligt 100 meter van het strand, balcon kijkt uit op boulevard en strand. Echt een toplocatie! Twee slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden. Nette keuken die in de woonkamer zit. Inrichting niet modern maar prima voor een fijn verblijf. Contact met Erika gaat soepel en ze handelt snel bij zaken die niet goed zijn. Tijdens verblijf kun je een parkeerplaats huren onder het appartementcomplex. Wij hadden een grote auto gehuurd en dan is parkeren een grote uitdaging. In de avonden is er prima is de omgeving gratis te parkeren. Overdag is parkeren een zoektocht. Overall een appartement die aan te bevelen is.

Perfekte Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt hinter dem Strand. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, tolle Restaurants und ein Bäcker sind in der direkten Nähe. Ein kleiner Spaziergang ca. 10 Minuten und schon ist man in der Altstadt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung/Küche ist perfekt. Es ist alles sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder !

Lovely apartment, great location but needs a fan in the bedrooms.

This is a lovely apartment right near a fabulous beach. Very easy walk in to Nerja for meals but also adjacent to plenty on the beachfront. Our only criticism is that the A/C in the bedroom is on a timer and with no fan in the room, it was very hot at night. For the first 2 nights the A/C didn’t work at all and the owner responded promptly to getting someone in to fix it. However, the switch for the A/C is timed so it is not possible to keep it on overnight and it was 27 in the bedroom. We were out all day and every evening so did not need any A/C other than to sleep. If they can sort this and provide a fan we would definitely stay there again.

Apartamento muito bem localizado, com tudo o que precisamos para passar uma boa semana. Saliento o conforto, localização e fácil comunicação com a proprietária. O único ponto menos positivo é o difícil acesso à garagem, optei por deixar o carro na rua ( há estacionamento). Irei ficar novamente neste apartamento.

Das Problem der Tiefgarage besteht darin, dass es sofort hinunter und um eine enge Kurve geht. Ich weise die Gäste darauf hin und empfehle, sich die Tiefgarage vor der Einfahrt anzusehen. Meine Garage in der Tiefgarage ist geräumig. The problem with underground parking is that it immediately goes down and around a tight curve. After that there is no problem. I point this out to the guests and recommend that they take a look at the underground car park in front of the driveway. My garage in the underground car park is spacious. El problema con el estacionamiento subterráneo es que inmediatamente baja y rodea una curva cerrada. Se lo señalo a los huéspedes y les recomiendo que echen un vistazo al aparcamiento subterráneo frente a la entrada. Mi garaje en el aparcamiento subterráneo es amplio.

Grandioser Blick auf das Meer und ein wunderbares Apartment

Der Urlaub war wirklich wunderbar! Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und der Ablauf problemlos. Das Apartment liegt direkt am Strand und auf der Terrasse hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne und einen fantastischen Blick auf die gesamten Bucht. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
