The house was built by interior designer to live in so it’s got a unique vibe with loads of unique features. An abundance of windows bring in loads of light but with dark tongue and groove ceilings and other high-end features.

Entire house except owners closet in 2nd bedroom.

We strive to achieve 5 star reviews which means we need every minute between guests to clean property. Please do not ask for an early check in or a late checkout. The answer will be no.
**Guest Requirements**

* The primary booking guest must be **25 years or older** and must be present for the duration of the stay.
* Maximum occupancy is **8 guests**. Unregistered guests are not permitted.

**Check-In / Check-Out**

* We take pride in thoroughly cleaning the home between each stay.
* Because of this, **early check-in and late check-out are not available**.

**Septic System Care**

* The home uses a **septic aerobic system**.
* Please **flush toilet paper only**. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), sanitary products, diapers, or any other items.
* Damage caused by improper use will result in **full replacement costs**.

**Doors, Windows & Humidity**

* Due to the **high coastal humidity**, please keep all doors and windows closed.
* Leaving them open may cause damage to the home and will result in a **$225 additional cleaning fee**.
* Any resulting damage to interior items will be charged at **full replacement cost**.

**Thermostat**

* The thermostat is set with a minimum temperature of **71°F** to protect the home.

**Pets (Dogs Only)**

* Dogs are welcome, but must be **kept off all furniture**.
* If your dog sheds, please bring covers for sofas and chairs.
* After beach visits, **rinse and dry your dog outside** before entering the home.
* Let us know in advance if your dog sheds heavily—we’re happy to leave out a vacuum.

**Smoking & Fire Safety**

* **No smoking** inside the home or on the decks.
* No **open flames, fires, or fireworks** on decks.
* Any burn damage will result in **full replacement charges**.
* If smoking under the house, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

**Cleanliness & Care**

* Please **rinse off downstairs** after returning from the beach before entering.
* Leave **used beds unmade** upon departure.
* Trash bags are provided—please place all garbage in bags before putting it in outdoor bins.
* Keep all **deck furniture on the deck**.

**Identification & Booking Integrity**

* We may request **valid ID for registered guests**, which must match the reservation.
* ID can be securely shared via Airbnb messaging if requested.
* Failure to provide identification or discrepancies in booking details may result in **cancellation or removal from the property**.
