Do not stay here! The only reason I am rating 1 star is because zero was not an option. Host was uncommunicative from the start of the booking. When we arrived the helpful front desk was amazing. We walked into our room and AT FIRST it all seemed great. Until my young daughter walked into the bathroom, fell and hit her head because the air conditioner had flooded the bathroom. I notified the host that it was unacceptable accommodations, and that daughter was hurt. My elderly mother was also traveling with us so staying there was not an option. I got NO reply whatsoever from the host. I was on hold with VRBO until 2am to find a solution because the host would respond. VRBO was no help and I was hung up on. Luckily the actual hotel was amazing finally found us a SAFE room on the property for my family of 5. The next morning I was offered one night free, and 125 from VRBO. We didn’t even stay on the hosts property and still have to pay. Do not stay here! It’s not safe and host does not care.
