Pet-Friendly Stays
We know that a vacation is better with your best friend! Lighthouse on the Bay 2111 is a dog-friendly unit. To ensure a smooth stay for everyone, please note the following resort policies:
Pet Fees: A $150 non-refundable fee applies per dog (maximum of 2 dogs allowed).
Supervision: An adult from your party must be with your dog(s) at all times when outside the condo unit.
Resort Leash Deposit: A $100 refundable deposit is required per pet for a designated resort leash. This is fully refunded once the leash is returned to the front desk at check-out.
Fitness Center (3rd Floor): Access requires a keyfob, available for a $10 refundable deposit upon return.
Parking & Wristbands: For your convenience, parking passes and wristbands are purchased on-site. Parking is currently $55 per vehicle and wristbands are $5 per person. Rates are set by the HOA and subject to change.
Please note: Parking rates are set by the Condo Owners Association and may fluctuate.
Trash Disposal: For your convenience, the trash dumpster is located on the southwest side of the property.
