1st floor: Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, freezer compartment, refrigerator) with a large dining area; adjoining living room with satellite TV and stereo system—access to balcony and terrace; 3 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms with showers.
2nd floor: 1 bathroom with shower, 3 bedrooms, and a cot.
The playground and garden are fenced in. In the garden shed: foosball table, ping-pong table, seating area, grill, trampoline, and much more.

The Weber & Jakobi Holiday Farm
features a large group apartment for up to 12 adults, 2 children, and 1 baby, as well as a separate holiday apartment for up to 3 adults and 1 toddler.
Conveniently located in the beautiful countryside of the Kyllburger Waldeifel.
This cosy, well-furnished property is situated in the charming village of Neuheilenbach, located in the Kyllburger Waldeifel region. From the kitchen, you can step out onto the balcony and into the garden, where you can enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing on the beautiful terrace. From the terrace, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the Eifel landscape. To keep boredom at bay, we provide a trampoline, a ping-pong table, a foosball table, a swing, and a sandpit. Dogs are welcome (max. 2 in the large apartment and 1 dog in the small apartment). The Kyllburger Waldeifel region lies between the charming towns of Bitburg and Prüm. There are numerous recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity, and in the Waldeifel you can hike, fish, swim, and play golf. And of course, you should visit Trier, Germany’s oldest city, Luxembourg, or the famous beer town of Bitburg. For wine lovers, a visit to the Moselle with its magnificent vineyards is definitely worth it!
