The house is only 6 bedrooms with 7 beds. The property has great potential if it is clean. It was disgusting inside, with dirty floors, spider webs, food and trash left in the kitchen. Towels were left in the utility tub. The code provided to us didn't work. We were grateful the owner was there to let us in but she was cleaning the property when we got there at 3:45pm. Fortunately, VRBO stood by their guarantee and gave us a refund.
Food and beverages left in the refrigerator. The owner didn't remove.

Booked in February and paid the full amount due. No communication on the day of for check in. Showed up at the property to only find out it was booked up already through another site. 12 people in town, from all over the country, for a graduation and left high and dry. We were at the property after finding out it was already booked and the owner showed up to tell us to leave and was rude about it. We were juat trying to locate a place to stay and he couldn't give us the benefit of the doubt. Should have never been allowed to book through VRBO and the also get booked on another site by another family. Worst experience with a property ever!
