Ferienhaus für 8 Personen in den Bergen, Sauna

The holiday home for 8 (-9) people was newly built in 2006 and is luxuriously appointed with a large living/dining room, an open-concept kitchen, a sauna, master and guest bathrooms, and a guest bathroom. While cooking at the open kitchen island, you can enjoy a view across the valley to the opposite mountainside, featuring Vilan and Chesaplana. The house is modern and luxuriously furnished. The floors on the ground floor, in the basement, and in the wet areas are tiled, while the ground floor and all bedrooms feature hardwood flooring. The walls in the living/dining room and the bathrooms are decorated with Venetian stucco.
All bedrooms on the ground floor have balconies: the master bedroom and children’s room offer valley views, while the guest room overlooks the mountain. The fourth bedroom in the basement, due to the hillside location, has two windows that let in natural light and also offers a view of the valley.
There is a sauna in the basement with its own shower and cold-water jet. Relax in the sauna with its built-in CD player for your own chill-out CDs.
The house is located in the heart of the Grüsch-Danusa ski area, just below the midway station. In winter, for skiing, there is a private car park at the midway station (4–5 min. by car). When the valley run is open, you can ski from the house down to the valley station and ski directly back to the house from the slope.
The house is accessible by car year-round; the paved access roads are ploughed in winter.
