Super location for ski touring

The chalet is rustic and comfortable, with easy access to the train. A great base for ski touring around Langwies and Arosa, as well as some piste days.

Beautiful, homely yet relaxing 😎

We really enjoyed our stay, it was like home away from home with easy access to public transport, mountains for hiking and not mention the breathtaking views. The house very clean and tastefully decorated to soak in the surrounding atmosphere. Highly recommend anyone looking for a wonderful place for holidays in Arosa.

Für uns als Familie war es ein perfekter Urlaub in einer perfekten Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super, die Aussicht atemberaubend und auch die Fahrt ins Arosa Skigebiet ist mit 13 Minuten wunderbar zu meistern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gemütliches, geräumiges Chalet mit zugehörigem Parkplatz und sehr guter Ausstattung. Der Bahnhof der Rhätischen Bahn ist in der Nähe. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in top Lage mit super Ausblick

Wir waren mit 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) im Juli 2023 hier. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, das Bad frisch saniert und alles war top sauber. Die Lage ist spitze mit nur ca. 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit nach Arosa und Chur. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Aussichtsplattform bei Langwies mit Blick ins Tal auf das Viadukt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Kurzum: Alles wie es sein soll, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Bauernhaus
