'Hel Mar 251'. Our beach house is worth a trip in every season!

In winter you will find peace and relaxation, use sauna and whirlpool as often as you like and spend cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. For a always cozy warmth in the cold seasons also provides a newly installed - additional costs-saving - gas central heating.

In summer, only a few steps away, miles of white sandy beach invites you to swim and relax.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 € per kWh), gas (0.98 € per cubic meter) and water (6.50 € per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
150,00 EUR Rental deposit is to be paid in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € is due.

Our large terrace offers plenty of space for breakfast, sunbathing or lounging.

The house is lovingly furnished, with everything your heart desires and was extensively renovated in March 2017. The house also has gas central heating.

Enjoy the view along the old pines of the Baltic Sea and spend an unforgettable holiday in a cozy ambience!

Important additional information: In the bathroom / upstairs is a children's shower (1.70m high), sink and toilet. Balcony, parking, terrace, 6 garden chairs, 2 beach chairs, 1 bicycles Non smoking accommodation.

Internet access is available via WiFi free of charge.

Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open flame is not allowed.

Es war ein super toller Urlaub, und es wird auch nicht der letzte in Baabe gewesen sein!Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist super. Es könnte unserer Meinung nach ein bisschen besser gereinigt werden, ansonsten war alles super, sehr zu empfehlen!

Winter auf Rpgen

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in 2. Reihe fast am Ende des Strandparkes und ist ein guter Ausfangspunkt, um (auch zu Fuß) die Umgebung zu erkunden.Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter und uns im Haus als Familie wohlgefühlt.Für unseren Geschmack war etwas viel Deko vorhanden.

Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir waren eine Woche im Hel-Mar Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und hat eine super Ausstattung, es ist alles da was man braucht und auch für die Kinder war Spielzeug und ein Kinderhochstuhl vorhanden. Aus dem Wohnzimmer kann man die Ostsee sehen. Kritikpunkte:Es gab eine Treppenabsperrung für die Kinder im 1.OG, leider war diese aber defekt und sollte mal repariert oder getauscht werden. Weiterhin wäre es wünschenswert, wenn im Objektinserat nochmal eindeutiger auf die verbrauchsabhängigen Kosten eingegangen wird (Gas, Wasser, Strom), die noch zusätzlich als Kosten anfallen. Wir haben die Info erst gesehen, als wir schon gebucht hatten, irgendwo im Kleingedruckten. Das ist nicht sehr transparent, zumal die Verbrauchskosten pro Einheit recht hoch ausfallen und sich nicht an den marktüblichen preisen orientieren.

Schönes Objekt - schlechter Service; hohe, verdeckte Gebühren

Das Objekt und die Lage sind grundsätzlich super. Problem waren die unflexiblen Rahmenbedingungen (16 Uhr Check in und 10 Uhr Check out, trotz Wochenendes) und intransparenten Abrechnungsversuche. Gebühren für angeblich ungeleerte Mülleimer (20,-), verspäteten Check out (50,- trotz Abstimmung mit Servicepersonal) und unklare Darlegung der Verbrauchswerte sowie Kurtaxe (deutlich höher als auf off. Seiten Rügens), brachten langen und ermüdenden Austausch im Nachhinein. Darüber ging uns eine unübersichtliche Flut von E-Mails zu, die eine klare Übersicht zu den wichtigen Rahmenbedingungen erschwerte. Quintessenz:Schönes Objekt, Service miserabel und stark verbesserungswürdig.

Empfehlenswert

Tolles liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. (hat man selten) (Küche, Spiele, Kinderbett, Kinderstuhl, großer Fernseher, große Terasse) kleine Beanstandungen: - sehr weiche Matratzen - Treppenkinderschutz defekt - Internet ist sehr langsam (wer es braucht) und ist am vorletzten Tag komplett ausgefallen. Trotzdem ist das Ferienhaus insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderbare Winterwoche

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, bestens ausgestattet für eine Winterwoche am Meer, Sauna inklusive. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, wie ganzes Haus überhaupt. Sogar zwei Fahrräder im Schuppen vorhanden. Der Ferienhauspark liegt direkt hinter der Düne. Ideal für Spaziergänge am Strand oder auch Ausflüge auf Möchgut. Fazit: Gern wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren immer gerne in den Strandpark Baabe. Alles ist gut zu erreichen und die Lage am Strand ist traumhaft.

Mehr Baustelle als hinzunehmen

Die Elektrik war so gestört, dass Teile des Hauses (z.B. die Empore) nicht wirklich nutzbar waren. Als Abhilfe wurde quer durch das Haus ein Verlängerungskabel gelegte. Danach funktionierte einer der beiden Fernseher und das Internet wieder, für "Krabbelkinder" aber eine Zumutung! Unter den Betten waren reichlich Wollmäuse. Bei den Endreinigungskosten auch nicht okay. Bei dem Preis erwartet man mehr.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Idyllisches Holzhaus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten im Wald und doch sehr strandnah. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gartenmöbel für die Veranda , Fahrräder und Spielsachen für Kinder sind vorhanden. Von Baabe hat man viele Möglichkeiten die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden, ob mit dem "Rasenden Roland", dem Schiff, mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Erholung pur

Ostsee ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein Vergnügen und das ausgewählte Haus in der herrlichen Lage von Baabe war ein Traum. Wir haben die kleine Auszeit mit Sauna und Whirlpool sehr genossen.
