Strandhaus Seeigel: With whirlpool, sauna, fireplace, underfloor heating and much more.

Our beautiful beach house Seeigel 216 stands directly behind the dunes on the Baltic Sea.

It is furnished with everything your heart desires. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.

Our large spa is the hit! Here you can relax in the sauna, then a dip in the Baltic Sea and then off in the hot tub. That is pure relaxation!

Our beach house is not only a "summer house", but also worth a trip in the colder months. In the living area and in the bathroom then provides underfloor heating for a cozy climate.

In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, which provides a cozy ambience not only in winter. In our light-flooded gallery you will find a small sitting area that invites you to linger and relax. In summer, you can have breakfast on our wooden terrace and listen to the sound of the sea, or the chirping of birds. Here you will find peace to recover from the stress of everyday life.


Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed.

Sehr gut ausgestattet und top im Zustand

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Nähe zum Strand ist klasse. Wer im Januar kommt sollte bedenken dass kaum Restaurants und Läden geöffnet haben. Das Haus bietet aber alles um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Ich würde das Haus weiterempfehlen und selbst auch wieder buchen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der neue Holzofen ist bei mir sehr gut angekommen, da man dort die Luftzufuhr sehr gut regeln kann. Das einzig Unschöne waren die zwei benutzten Unterhosen, die wir unter einem Bett gefunden haben, sonst war aber alles in Ordnung.

Nebenkostenabrechnung für 37 Std Aufenthalt 112 Euro ca knappe 100Euro davon sind Strom???

3 mal war die Saune für jweilse 30 Minuten an und zwei mal war ser Whirlpool für ca jeweils 30 Minuten an ansoansten Fußbodenheizung teilweise an geweshen und ebenso Heizungen weil es verdammt kalt war 37 Std ca 1.5 Tage und schwuüps ist die Kaution fast weg warum verwendet man Geräte die so viel verbrauchen??Ich habe so eine Rechnung für eine 4 Zimmer Wohnung im Mobat nicht ei malGeräte

Die Zufahrt zum Objekt über die Schranke war dann doch kniffliger als gedacht. Das Haus entsprach unseren Wünschen und war auch bei der Anreise ca. 16 Uhr fertig. Es war im Haus ziemlich kalt. Wir mußten ordentlich heizen. Die Fußbodenheizung ist für ein ausgekühltes Haus erst einmal zu schwach. Als das Haus warm war, war sie ausreichend. Das Bad war spitze und die Küche föllig ausreichend. Es war ein kalter (Wetter im November) aber schöner Urlaub.

Schön eingerichtetes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Einrichtung war schön und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist einfach toll, direkt am Strand und oben vom Schlafzimmer kann man sogar das Meer sehen. Die Sauna ist super schön und leicht zu bedienen, das Badezimmer schön groß. Alles ist super neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Heizung läuft über Strom, dadurch kommt es zu einer hohen Nebenkostenabrechnung, was man im Winter unbedingt bedenken sollte, damit man keine böse Überraschung erlebt. Wir empfehlen auch die Zählerstände direkt am Anfang zu prüfen. Wir haben das vergessen und am ersten Tag viel viel mehr verbraucht als an den anderen Tagen, was vermuten lässt, dass es dort Differenzen gab (evtl. um das Haus warm zu haben, wenn die Gäste kommen, was ja durchaus schön war, aber das würde einige Stunden vor Ankunft reichen). Das Brennholz war etwas feucht, daher war es etwas schwierig ein schönes Feuer zu machen.
