Thank you for your feedback. We take all guest concerns seriously, but we want to clarify several inaccuracies in this review. To make sure we understand correctly: you completed your entire stay, did not report any of these serious incidents in real time, and only raised these claims after checkout. If there had truly been an attempted break-in or someone entering the home, we would expect immediate communication so we could take action. Unfortunately, that did not happen. We also have exterior security cameras at the property, and after reviewing the footage, we found no evidence to support claims of theft or unauthorized entry into the home. It’s disappointing to see these concerns raised only after a refund request was declined, especially given that your stay was completed without any reported issues during occupancy.
