This elegantly furnished (Tommy Bahama) home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, has an open, airy floor plan, offers three bedrooms + den, a total of 2040 sq ft of air conditioned space.

A full wall of floor to ceiling sliding doors open onto a large screened lanai with a eating and lounging area, overlooking the spectacular golf course and water, and evening sunsets.

The master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, large walk in closet, double vanities, soaking tub, and a separate shower stall. Two additional bedrooms one with a king bed, another has twin beds.

Den has a pullout sleeper sofa with desk, where you can host additional guests or study undisturbed.

The upgraded kitchen with granite counter top is fully equipped for your convenience. Seating comfortably in the Great Room with high tray ceiling to watch your flat-screen TV with surround sound system.

In addition, the home has a laundry room and one-car garage.

Within Ascot, you have a community pool and a screened picnic area.

This vacation home is located in Naples most upscale community - Lely Resort Known for its championship golf courses and its award-winning Players Club & Spa.

The Flamingo Island course was designed by Robert Trent Jones and is rated on the top 5 public courses in the USA while the Mustang was designed by Lee Trevino and was seventh in a list of most played courses in the golf digest in may 2002. Both courses are within walking distance of the condo.

As our guests, you'll also have access to the fabulous Players Club & Spa, exclusive to Lely Resort residents. Two-week membership is complimentary (limitation applies). Longer term requires a one-time transfer fee (Access to the Club is optional). On the block, there is a community pool and a clubhouse for Ascot residents.

Perfect getaway

Loved my getaway at this beautiful home. Relaxed on the lanai with wine, enjoyed watching the golfers, enjoyed spa and pool time and Sam Snead’s Tavern. Naples Pier and 5th Ave were wonderful. The property met my every need and Amy is very responsive. Look forward to a return trip!

Home from home in Lely

What more could you ask for than a beautifully furnished, spacious coach home, overlooking the 9th green, the golf club across the road and the excellent Players Club and Spa only minutes away? This property has it all ! If you need more, try a walk on the lovely beach in Naples and perhaps a bit of shopping on 3rd Street South followed by cocktails and dinner in one of the many great restaurants. Try it - you'll love it. We have just spent 10 happy weeks here and are coming back for more of the same next year.

Escape from the miserable winter!

Not only did we have fabulous weather during our stay, we also thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, spacious coach home. Many hours were spent on the well-furnished lanai - dining, reading and watching the birds snatch food items out of the golf carts on the 9th green of Mustang! The condo was beautifully furnished. We missed having beach chairs/towels, but most of our time was spent on the golf course so it was a minor inconvenience for us.

Lely Resort

I really enjoyed my stay at Ascot in the Lely Resort. Amy, the owner, was very helpful, and did everything she could to make my stay very special. I also want to thank her brother, Michael, for his efforts. The home backs up to one of the three golf courses at Lely. I was the first renter, and I found the accommodations to be clean, and everything I could possibly need, was provided. Thanks Amy and Michael!
