Sehr schöne großzügige Wohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung. Neue Matratzen im Schlafzimner sehr angenehm, neuer Küchenboden und praktische Sitzecke in der Küche. Mikrowelle mit Mikrowellengeschirr. Im Wohnzimmer sind neben TV ein Bluray-player und eine kleine HiFi-Anlage vorhanden. Sehr zentrale Lage mit kurzen Wegen zu allen Einrichtungen und zum Strand.

Die Lage ist super zentral und strandnah, jedoch ist es abends und nachts aufgrund der Diskothek unten drunten etwas lauter. Man hört nicht die Musik, jedoch die Leute auf der Straße.
Stört aber nur, wenn man mit Fenster offen schlafen möchte.
